Kelley B.You need to put tongue jacks on these trailers. They are too heavy for most people to lift. This makes it impossible for most customers to take them off during a rental. I tried with jacks once and created a dangerous condition. I had to do this in order to return one after hours a few years ago This is also a serious problem for your employees. I have heard several express pain while taking these on and off for me. I almost reported this to OSHA
