Had an online reservation for 10am, location was not open and had to wait close to an hour for someone me to show up, Then the person who shows up doesn't even know how to work the system 🤡; then later own tell me they are not open on Mondays, but earlier apologized for being short staffed .... which is it, short staffed or not open on Monday? Cause the internet and Uhaul clearly have y'all listed as open on Mondays. 🤡🤡

first did the app , no one their to help me. the pickup was even on the uhaul map so the location kept saying i was not at right spot. then the app did not keep my drop off location so i could not do drop off immediately , then 1 hour after i left the drop off location i got a text to go in app and put info i had already left and put keys in drop box so i could not take interior pictures because i had alreday locked the truck..
