Didn't tell me where to drop truck off. Just told me to call a number. When I called number it was after business hours. So I found a place to drop truck in the city I was told to drop off at and I was charged 23.00 for wrong destination drop off

The staff was very helpful. I had went in to see if any uhauls were available in the next few days and they called me right away when a truck was available. The check in/out only took a few minutes and the staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciate their help in getting me a truck!



When I reserved the truck the lady said " oh you want the truck today". And I told her I was just reserving it for tomorrow. She said " Oh my computer says you want to pick it up today for a 2 day total". I told her no just reserving it for tomorrow. She said she took it off the total but she didn't. Then they gave me the wrong truck. So when I went to return it they said I have the wrong truck. So it took about a half hour to get it figured out. I didn't go back for a refund on the second day because I knew I would never get her to understand. She had a terrible time with her computer. I think she didn't really know how to use it. Not worth the hassle!

When initially making the reservation I was given a price with a couple days added as a bonus. I explained I could not return it until Saturday, Aug 16th late. On the evening of the 16th, I phoned into UHaul and notified that the trailer had indeed been returned to the designated location (Lowell, IN). On my most recent credit card statement, I just realized that the Lowell location charged my credit card an additional $79.18 on Aug 18th. I actually returned it that Saturday evening, when UHaul expected it Sunday. I had numerous phone calls from regional office, as they were wondering when the trailer was going to be returned and calls to corporate office. I booked the trailer apparently through corporate, but regional was not on the same page as corporate! Very frustrating as I was on the road!! After a few phone calls back and forth, everything seemed to be in order...until I received my credit card statement! How do I get my refund of the over charged amount of $79.18?? Use Woodruff Feed for my U Haul rentals . Never a problem .



Replied earlier, needed blankets, didn't have any so I provided my own, needed straps, none in the truck, I ended up having to buy straps at the local Wal Mart and used them, if I hadn't asked about the hand cart, I wouldn't have had use of it either, and for $389 total billing for the out of pocket expense I had to put into this, I won't be recommending this location to anyone else I know.

The Woodruff's were both kind and professional! As I had to drive an hour and a half to get to their site and was running late, they even agreed to stay a few minutes late when I called ahead to alert them to the situation! The truck was clean and ready for me when I arrived & all went well.

I couldn't estimate the fuel properly just before I returned the vehicle. When I stopped at a gas station at first it was just a little under where I had received it. No one probably would have objected. But, I tried to be absolutely fair and put in more gas. As it turned out it was an eighth of a tank more than when I received it. Even though the personnel could see the discrepancy they said (which is probably true) that they couldn't make an adjustment. Also, I returned the UHaul a day early. So, UHaul could make money by recycling the vehicle a day a head of time. However, no consideration was made. I know that this is probably "policy"....but, just doesn't seem right. Otherwise, the truck operated fine and there were no additional problems in either picking up or dropping off the truck. Both sites were fine, especially Elite Kreations.
