It was the last pick up truck and I needed it on short notice, for a short period of time. The truck hadn't been washed, but that was fine; I was glad to get a truck. The location was very convenient, and I was able to park my car on the lot where it appeared safe. Terrance was helpful and professional. I recommend that he is given a co-worker as other U-haul places have. When I brought the truck back he had other customers and multiple phone calls and no assistance. Thus, I was asked not to wait for a receipt. But i needed to leave with a document that showed my charges. Since you have an active storage facility as well as U-haul, customer service would be improved by keeping at least two people in the office. I have rented trucks from three different U-Haul locations over the last three weeks. The caliber of people at all locations has been professional, genuine, and helpful. Thank you for asking.

Uhaul has terrible predatory practices. 1. The truck had NO gas, i had to go fill it up as soon as i picked it up. The policy that i need to bring it back with 1/4 tankful more gas is rediculous. I've never experienced that with any rental car or truck ever. Also, i used the blankets in the back. I folded them neatly when done. They tried to charge me a "cleaning fee" because i did not put them away in the pouch. Rediculous. Moving is stressful enough, and to have these "Nickel and dime" charges and policies is terrible. I will not use you again.

I made my reservation for a truck via the Uhaul web site. I indicated that wanted to reserve the truck for 2:00 PM. When I arrived to get the truck I found that the office closed from 2:00PM to 3:00 PM for lunch. So I wasted an hour until they returned. It would be a good idea to not let anyone make a reservation during hours when the facility is closed.

Window crank fell off each time you used it, and the driver visor kept falling down because there was no latch to hold it up.

I called Anthony at 747-256-2755 to make reservation clearly and specifically for a truck with a 'liftgate'. Asked to call the pickup location to confirm. When I picked up the truck found out there is no liftgate, only a ramp. This is a huge inconvenience because I was transporting a pallet with big 600lbs box and needed the liftgate. This cost me more money in labor and time because we had to open box and unpack and unload manually. The truck was not clean and it was not ready for me to pick up when I arrived. The lady at the register kept pushing to get the additional insurance when I stated I did not need it. The truck was covered by dents but they still charge me for insurance, so whats does it do when the product is completely damaged? I will not be going to this location again.
