The attendant was not friendly. I had to hook up the trailer myself when I picked it up. Upon return I had to detach and park the rental trailer myself.

I rented a car dolly Contract No. 20573151 at 9:34 A.M. on 7-23-16 and returned it before 9:00 P.M. same day as agreed upon and now I got my receipt and I was charged for 2 days not the one day I contracted and used. I called the store and he said he will call the manager and fix it. I dont like being taken advantage of. People saw me put it back Saturday night. The 17 foot truck they gave me was never cleaned or inspected prior to my pick-up. Knowing that I was driving 370 miles away. This truck shook violently below 45 mph and above 53 mph. Several items were broken, damaged and irreplaceable since it was all of my recently deceased fathers belongings. The truck had to be picked up by u-haul since I feared for my life the whole drive. Extreme body pain. Especially my hands, arms and shoulders from having to grip the steering wheel to keep it from driving off the road. The seat belt kept tightening with no release as the truck kept shaking. Which left severe burn on my shoulder, neck and waste. The roll down window would not roll up unless I forced it with both hands. I called to report all issues with no response by u-haul customer support. The worst experience ever. Extremely unprofessional and disappointed.

This place was pretty ho-hum. The guy I dropped off with did not say two words to me, just pointed at me when we needed a wheel chock and pointed at me to life the trailer off the hitch.

Attendant was difficult to understand. Charged me for gas when I specifically asked if the gas level was back to where it was when I rented it.



The trailer was dropped off midnight of the 23rd, the driver had to return for me to make sure it was there a few days later, since Uhaul couldn't find it, my friend found the trailer on the lot, we gave the attendant a couple of numbers I had for my acct, he couldn't find acct and started cussing and yelling at my friend, he had to leave before a fight ensued. Very poor customer service on that attendants part, will someone please get the man a burger and an attitude adjustment.

I rented a 20 foot truck a 1130 am and returned it at 2-230p with only 04.6 miles travled. 3/4 tank gas was when it was given and 3/4 has returned. Apparently the "dealer stated I was under on my gas gauge by a hair. Yet he found away to show my agreement sheet as 3/4 and show my completed rental at 3/4 and decided to charge me an additional 7.50 for gas because I was lower than it was given ( I put 2$ of gas in good faith prior to drop off) . Not only did he not charge my card which was previously given through "uhaul" contract. He charged me separate on his business account. Seemed a little shady and felt like he was nickel and dime-ing me. I have rented from uhaul 4x in the last year this has never happened. I definitely won't go there again.ML

The gentleman I dealt with in Ventura was very friendly and made the rental checkout very easy.



Nothing! Very accommodating. I needed a last minute trailer and he was very kind in helping me locate the right one. I had to drop it off after hours and his neighbors even came over with their vehicle to light up the area and help me unhook the trailer! Thank you for your service I will be useing you alot!!!

The guy was 20 minutes late and we were pressed for time. I also had upgraded to 2 furniture dollies and they only had one so I would have to say this was not a good experience. One good thing was that uhaul upgraded me from a 10 foot truck to a 14 at no extra charge. That made the experience better but I would not recommend that pick up location to anyone.

Extremely poor service.



The attendant was impolite and not necessarily engaging or thankful. he wanted to charge $25.00 for cleaning out the back. See reno comments.



The credit card scanner wouldn't read my card. Also, the exchange between myself and Mark (the employee) kept getting interrupted due to other customers.



The place looks like an abandoned building. Mike is the bright star there for sure. He was a big help. You shouldput some equipment there. When I got there I only saw 2 trailers. That's all.



Service Person was on a personal phone call we waited for over 10 minutes for him to finish. I was never told I needed a 7 pin to 4 flat when I made the reservation, We we in a strange town this location closed @ 12pm and he would wait until I got back to show me how to load this tow dolly. I was left on my own. He could not be botherd to help and I explained to Lynn @ the Laveen I should have gone to budget at least they are customer friendly. I have rented spaces at the Laveen Location for two motorhomes and 1 storage space. THEY ALSO LOST MY RESERVATION. BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED IF THAT TWO DOLLY CAME OFF MY HITCH OR THE VEHICLE CAME OFF TALK ABOUT LIABILITY!!!!!!!!!!!!



I don't see any improvements needed staff was very helpful.



Inexpensive daily rate - atrocious mileage rate



Ordered a trailer, trailer didn't work for what I needed it for, I brought it back immediately. I did not get a refund I feel I should at least be entitled to a credit.



The vehicle was ready and clean; we really appreciate that. The location was good, but it looked like the facility could use a bit more room for it's operation.

They did not call me back after repeated requests. They took the original paperwork when I returned the truck. I want it back. We had no problems, but there was no reason to take the paperwork and absolutely no reason to ignore my requests for a return call.
