Seems anti-consumer to rent trucks with less than a full tank of gas. Having to refill to where ever the gas gauge was at the time of rental is difficult. I overshot since I couldn't see the gauge while pumping and that $9.00 went right to your bottom line. Love to hear you response.

Okay I see I didn't early check-in online which I filled out everything that my number confirmation numbers and everything took me so long to check out of there when I checked in the guy had to manually put everything into the computer which I already did the day before waste of my time he was rude I wouldn't recommend anybody to that location

The truck was dirty when picked up as if it had been under a tree for a couple of weeks. Dirt on the windshield and cab floor was dirty. Truck was new and ran very good. I had to wash the dirt off the truck cab and clean the windshields.

This location and service was awful, I will never go back. The attendant was rude, arguing with me, and nothing from my online reservation was ready. She asked the same questions over and over, when I said I needed 3 dollys she said they might not have them sometimes they give them to people that ask even if it's not on their reservation. When I started become upset the manager went out and magically found more. On the day of return your website says 7-7 open, we went in at 9am to return the truck and equipment, the clerk point and spoke to us like we were idiots to a hand written sign that said "10-5" only and made us leave and return and hour later. The truck smelled like vomit. It was just a horrendous experience. I will never return to that location and frankly am not sure if I will ever even rent from uhaul again.

Make sure that the equipment is in good repair. Explain the parameters on the vehicle so that the engine light is not on.

I rented the Uhaul vehicle from California Classic Storage on 6/4/16 and was quoted $79.10. I returned the vehicle in the same condition to the location I was instructed to return it to by California Classic Storage. I filled the tank above what it was when I took it. I was not aware until I looked at my checking accounting the next day that I was billed an ADDITIONAL $196+ on top of the $79.10 which resulted in me having to make numerous phone calls to correct the error. In the meantime, because of the much larger (and completely unexpected) incorrect charge by Uhaul, my checking account overdrew and has cost me much larger fees and problems. Uhaul still has from Uhaul can tell me the correct rental charge yet though I've talked with numerous Uhaul representatives. Btw - I haven't mentioned that I was told to take the vehicle to a different location on Thompson, who then told me to take it the 76 station on wells, which not only took time and caused more frustration, but also racked up additional mileage and gas usage. The additional fee of $196 was just icing on the cake. What a disorganized and customer disrespectful experience it has been with Uhaul. The representatives seem to try to help but there is obviously process gaps and quality assurance issues going on with Uhaul that cause grief and incorrect costs to the customers. I'm still waiting to hear back from Uhaul and really would like my money back that they unfairly charged. This should be illegal.

The person that handled our transaction was not very expedient or knowledgeable. At the truck I was handed a paper and asked to sign. I asked what I was signing and she said 'to make sure it's safe'. Then said 'I marked the spots on the truck that had problems'. I told her I wanted to check the truck myself and made several more notations of dings.

Unfortunately, I had been to one location to buy a wiring adapter. I was told that one would not be available at the pick up location. Being refused service at the assigned pick up location and being required to go to yet another location put me way over an hour behind schedule. Unloading was done in the dark. Since I am disabled, I arranged for friends to do this on the evening of my transport. It made things more difficult. I hope the person who responded so severely to my request for a chair was disciplined. I was in shock at being yelled at like that for requiring a seat while he finished what appeared to be personal business on a cell phone.

Although this location was clean, there was no real sense of closure when dropping off our rental truck. It was never inspected and I was directed to hand the keys to a random gas station attendant by the man behind the counter inside.
