Lynn V.Uhaul online pick did not give 4 digit code, Fermco helped us check in and get on our way. The truck was very dirty, lock broken at the back door so no dolly we ordered in there, we had to go ask for it. We put in the front seat on cardboard when we dropped off as could not lock it in the back, for $448 rental price was a little steep for what we got, disappointing how filthy inside and out!
