Kenneth RWaiting on refund for the 12 moving pads that were ordered and not in the truck. Reserved truck a week in advance, no call received to confirm reservation the day before. I had to call only to find out that the 20 foot truck I rented was given to someone else and had to drive across town to pick up truck at 8am. Would like a call from corporate and an adjustment on bill asap! I also left a pair of glasses in the truck and went to the Springhill location three times when they showed online the location was open only to arrive and find the store closed. This was a huge inconvenience and a horrible experience. I would like to be compensated for the stress and inconvenience caused. I also returned the truck 24 hours early. 727-512-3110
Alysan NRyan was very helpful and understanding. I was pulling a trailer with a uhaul and he helped navigate me to the correct parking areas. Very nice man.
