My pickup location did not have a dolly or furniture pads. Having to unload the truck myself... not having the furniture dolly made the unload longer than expected. I turned the truck in only 25 minutes late and got charged an extra day+insurance. To make matters worse the drop off location told me I wasn’t going to get the extra charge even though I called them well in advance that I was going to take a little extra time. I have another reservation in two weeks but now it looks like I may be reconsidering. Overall I am pretty disappointed.

The manager Jake Walters was very rude, caught in attitude when I asked about my billing, online I was given on price, at location I received another. I asked for a dolly, did not get one but I was charged for it. This location should assure that office management are professional and courteous to customers. Assure that management explain to first time renter the policy, and billing.

A Estates did not have the moving pads that I had reserved online. I was told that it was toward the end of the month and thatis why they didn’t have any pads and that if I had reserved the trailer through them they would have told me. The agent was surly and told me the little they make off of UHaul wasn’t worth the aggravation of locating pads. Ultimately he did locate the pads at Dante car wash and they were as nice as could be. I have rented from UHaul several times before and never had any problems. The only good thing about AEstates is they had the size trailer I needed. He also badgered me about being late to pick up the trailer when he wasn’t even there when I arrived! Apparently AEstates was moving and that was a reason for the aggitation. UHaul needs to fine tune their inventory system so that customers won’t be put in the situation which I found myself facing. He offered to cancel the rental when I insisted I needed the pads. That was his first reaction rather than to say that he would locate them for me, which he ultimately did. If the UHaul franchize is not worth the aggravation, as he stated, why do they have that franchize? I left AEstates very angry!

My worst moving experience ever..my pick up time was changed 3 times..and they double charged my husband master card twice which we need help with that. .we need to talk to someone asap!!!NEVER!!!!AGAIN@!@@@
