The employee was rude, speaking to me through the fence, saying they don’t open til 10 (at 9:30), even though the sign right next to him said 9 am. Continued to argue with me saying I have to wait until 10, even though my drop off time was 9.

Just not the Express PU without staff on site; mine was not set up correctly so I had to wait @ 6:30 AM on a Sunday for staff to arrive to complete my pick up order. Someone missed the Express portion. But everyone was very apologetic over the oops & finally took care of everything for me ... not having to pay for the dollie & pads as a way of apology was very nice. What was odd, the Regional Manager who had to come on site had to climb the fence to access the office, and then haul the dollie & pads over the fence to me . But ... it all got done! Thank you! MB
