Well I borrowed the truck I used to pull the tow dolly. The truck did not have tow ball . I had to purchase a tow ball and adapter for the lights that cost me $46 . I probably will never use those equipment again U-Haul should have a rental option for those equipment. That was the only bad experience I had with my rental today. Now I have $46 dollars of stuff that I never use again.

Original trailer reserved was rented to someone else. I was sent 30 miles for another only to end up in a junkyard with weeds growing through trailers. When I would not allow them to scan card again they refused to rent. Had to go back to original location where suddenly they had a trailer for me

Better explain the costs of renting the truck before you get there. I spent $100 on a truck I thought was going to cost $30.

Have more emomoyees available to help customers. There was just one guy working checking out trucks and and working the store front aND one guy cleaning trucks and you could tell that both guys were overwhelmed and running back and forth to trucks a lot while through line of customers was building up.

Confusion when I went to return the vehicle. The sign saying where to go when I drove into the lot was small and easily blocked by other large vehicles being returned. I ended up parking and waiting in line inside which wasn't necessary. Other than that, everything went smoothly. Details were explained clearly and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The guy who hooked up my trailer was smoking. And the tounge on the trailer was bent so the trailer stuck out a foot further on the drivers side.

The customer service was very awkward, I walked in and had no idea who to approach or where to go to. The gentleman that ended up calling me to the counter was asking how long I needed the truck, the manager from the side interjected with "when will he bring it back?" I was standing right there but he didn't acknowledge me. Upon return I followed the instructions on filling the gas, the gage didn't reflect the amount I pumped, so I added 7 more gal. - before the gage would move which was 7 gal. over what I needed. When I returned the truck, a staff person met me at the door and asked for the keys, I told him they were in the truck and I proceeded to go inside to begin the process of returning the truck. As I stood at the counter for 4 to 5 minutes, another employee told me if I was returning a truck they would take care of me outside. I went back outside where the guy I passed at the entrance was processing the truck ie. Mileage, gas etc. Why didn't this guy instruct me to come with him to check the truck back in to spare me having to stand at the counter? He told me I only drove 9 miles versus the 15 miles that was estimated and adjusted the price per mile...thank you.... and then informed me that I overfilled the fuel. When I explained what happened he told me if I wanted to tell a manager they would let me know it was my fault and the extra fuel is now there's. The equipment was average in cleanliness and I would not recommend to a friend unless they didn't have another option for moving equipment. I'm thankful for the truck, but annoyed that I was an inconvenience to the staff for doing business with them.
