Warning lights: low tire pressure and low wiper fluid. Tried to fix tires but was unsuccessful. Wiper fluid wasn’t low; it was empty. Other than these issues the rental was very good. Backing up was difficult due to the cage but I made it work.

While I would rate the pickup location as excellent, I would rate Uhaul's phone support as terrible. You lacked ANY cohesive information, bounced me from person to person and 800 # to 800 # with no helpful answers leaving me to put UHaul as my very LAST truck rental supplier in future.

Located in convenient store and difficult for the clerk to complete rental while waiting on other customers. Didn’t receive receipt when truck turned in showing final charges. Receipt was supposed to be emailed but never received

I would never tell anyone ... They tried to over charge me and had some disgusting attitude...it would be a cold day in hell....never again i will go with someone else!!!!! Factssssss

I felt very unsafe in this location. The lady was unable to check me out because of the unsavory customers. She could not go out to check the vehicle, milage or gas. I waited for over 30 minutes just to be able to get her attention only to be told she would just have to email my receipt. I used half the estimated milage, left more gas than I received and spent an inordinate amount of time trying to park the truck on the premises without blocking the gas pumps or other customers. I just received my emailed bill, it is twice the estimated cost because the transaction wasn't complete in the allotted 6 hour time block. (They charged me for 2 "chargable rental periods" doubling all charges, to include the "safe move" coverage. Choose any other uhaul but this one. Theresa

I can't think of anything that could have been done better. The personnel involved were efficient and friendly, the equipment was clean and worked perfectly, and the experience overall was very positive. I would recommend this Uhaul facility to anyone.

I can’t say enough about this location, customer service was out standing. Mina was so patient, concerned and knowledgeable of his job. His coworker Isabell was equally friendly and willingness to help me was deeply Appreciate. To there Manger Willie thanks for handling the completion of my uhaul mileage incorrect reading. It took almost 3 hours just to get the rental, because of short staffing my drivers license was miss placed ,and they put my card number in wrong ,causing the Manager to call my phone and leave a message on my phone threatening to call the police saying I stole the truck. Once I finally cleared that up and returned to moving I was charged for 2 days rental when I o my had the truck for 20 hours!!!!! Yes I said all the emails and voicemails. In 22 years of using uhaul I have never had an experience even remotely close to being this bad.
