I was not told about phone check-in for Sunday evening, so I got charged for two days instead of one. Then, I had to spend a half hour (mostly on hold) to correct a $19.99 hour! The operate would not escalate ("because everyone would escalate") and the error won't be reversed for up to 48 hours "when a manager can approve it" (it's already over 24 hours). I feel that even if I get the $19.99 back it's only compensation for the time spent on the phone trying to get it back, not the overcharge! Not to mention the aggravation!

Only rated low because my car was blocked in. I was informed I could leave my car there.... parked where the lady told me too. When I returned my vehicle was completely blocked in by Uhaul trucks. I had to have a guide come to your facility and 20 sharp turns and redirections was I finally able to get my car out.

Make reservations in different locations supposed to be delivered auto transport never was and take me 3 hours to find other locations we one available call many different locations get to the answer machine put on hold for 15-20 minuets that is not acceptable

Dolly was loose when I rented the truck And ended up being charged for it even though I didn’t need or use it, also on contract gas when taken out was supposed to be at 1/4 tank, it was at 1/8 and was told by agent if I return it at a 1/4 tank I would receive a credit, no credit was received. Reserved a 10 ft truck but was told it Hadn’t been returned yet and they would give me a 15 ft truck instead with no rental fee, Fee was still charged, overall was feed a bunch of lies. Very unsatisfied and will not use again!

For one way rentals it would helpful to have a full tank of fuel so start with.

Make sure to tell customer about the 2.00 no fault fee. Mileage needs to be correct on paperwork when you pick up. Don’t write in the correct mileage then charge customer for miles they didn’t drive. I had to talk to customer service and they were awesome and fixed the problem on my paperwork as well as explained the no fault fee.

People up front didn't know what they were doing. John from the hitch dept took care of us and made sure everything was hooked up correctly and even signed us out. I think he is a very good employee and if others were like him your business would thrive.
