Have the manager be more professional in the way in which he conducts business. One time upon entering the establishment, another person came in after I did (approx 2-3 mins) and this manager ignored my request and I had to wait until the manager finished conducting business with this other person. Please note that I have rented vehicles at this facility even thought at this facility 3-4 times previously. The vehicles have always been returned filled up with the same or a little more of gasoline as when I picked-up the vehicle, cleaned and returned prior to the end of the deadlines. I should have tuned in a report stating this but I hoped that this was an isolated event. Not! Recently, I rented another vehicle at the same place for a 24 hour time period. I was running late on the day to pick-up the vehicle and called U-Haul's 24 hour tel/no and spoke to one of your representatives. I asked if she could change the pick-up time to 2 hours later and would that cause a problem. She asked for my rental agreement no and I stated that I did not have it available with me at that time. She then asked for the time that I was to pick-up the vehicle and I provided the exact time. She said she was having trouble pulling up my contract and would have to transfer me to scheduling. I then asked if she could not pull up the reservation with my name. I provided my name and she found it. I was under the impression that all was alright until I came into retrieve the vehicle at the new time. The assistance manage advised that he had a problem being able to get into the reservation and stated that he would have to make up a new reservation. I provided my credit card no and driver license. A new contract was made and then I departed with the vehicle. The next day when using the vehicle, I was going in and out of the van and did not notice that I had been receiving call on my cell phone - by whom I did not know. (I later realized that that was the manager at the service station that rented U-Haul vehicles.) Upon returning the vehicle just prior to the end of the 24 hours period, the manager stated that I was late returning the vehicle. I told him that it was not yet the end of the 24 hour period of the contract (new one made up by the assistant manager). With the person that was in the station urgently waiting for me to return the vehicle - the manager said to me (in front of this new customer impatiently waiting to rent this vehicle) "that this man has been waiting for you to bring back the vehicle". I thought that that statement was very very unprofessional. I was then told by the manager that I would receive my statement via e-mail. I then departed the filling station somewhat peeved at the unprofessional behavior of this manager. (for the second time in about a 2-3 week period) I am not a Caucasian person - and I believe that this manager has problems dealing with certain customers and unless he makes changes with

Location was fine. The truck was filthy! Dog hair everywhere, drink stains everywhere, it took me almost an hour just to clean the vehicle.

first of all I went to my pick up site and the man told me my card was declined then he told me to go load 300$ on the card and I did came back and wanted 300$ in cash for a security deposite then he changed it to 100$ plus 104 $ for the rental which i am still not understanding how it went from 81$ to 104$ then the same gentleman never documented that he took the 100$ for security deposit .,so it took me 1 1/2 to get out of the uhaaul pick up so that delayed me on my schedule . so know I dip off at winchester location and this nice gentleman call the Warrenton location because I explained to him that I would like my deposit back and he called the Warrenton location and explained to him that he owes me 100$ and so I have to drive over hour back to Warrenton location to get my 100$ I WILL NOT EVER GO THROUGH this again this was done very unprofessional and had the gentleman in the winchester location had not of called the Warrenton location i just might have had to go through more of unnecessary obstacles it was bad enough that I had to drive over an hour to pick up my $ I'm not happy at all not at all

Andrew Williams was outstanding! He knew I was travelling across country and spent additional time to ensure the trailer was ready for an extended trip. He replaced one of the tires that was a little more worn than what he felt acceptable. He thoroughly cleaned the mating surfaces of the wheel and hub, ensured both wheels were torqued correctly and the tires were properly inflated.

Despite checking in online, the attendant was unaware of my reservation. The constant stream of questionable characters randonly entering and exiting the shop seemed to further flushered the attendant. I will think twice about returning to this location.

The cargo area of the truck was dirty on pick up. I use the truck to pull and auto hauler so luckly i didnt have to transport anything in the truck itself. Would recommend in cleaning trucks before they are given to customers to avoid issues at drop off.

I rented the truck till 9pm but the scum bag that ran the store where got it from told me he would tow my car at 7pm great customer service ..I will never rent from you ever again..

This place is a dive. A convenience store where the soda fountain, coffee maker, ATM, and microwave are all dead? It does not reflect well on U-Haul. The attendant was friendly enough, but cut no slack. The dolly was still tied in place - no credit. Two bundles of blankets still sealed - no credit. This has been a miserable trip, and the dropoff did not help.
