Computer system did not appear to be working very well, even though I check in ahead of time online with my credit card it still took a half hour to get through the on-site and I still had to provide my credit card.

Rented twice in a week from this location. First time was great. Second time I was over charged. When I called the rental location the guy was rude and dismissive. I called the Uhaul office and the rep reviewed the billing and issued a refund for the overcharge. The rep was very helpful but I will never rent from the same location again. I will also be posting my experience with that location in social media

Next time your website says .79 a mile if you book in the next 30 minutes. Make sure you honor that cause I booked within 3 minutes and still got charged 1.29 a mile. So no I don't think I'll be recommending Uhaul anytime. That's just bad business. THANK YOU...

My problem is with U-Haul policies. I called the 1-800 number to inquire if I could drop off my rental ($36 total) to a closer location. I was told I could and NOT advised of the additional one-way fee I would be charged. I was charged an additional $144.21 to drop the trailer 20 miles from where i picked up. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again and will be sure to tell anyone I know who is to look elsewhere.

Met with John upon arrival. Was very quick to get everything done. I told him about the pick up location and the no charge for extra miles. When getting ready to leave he said something was going on with computer and he would call me if there was any problems. He called me about an hour later and said I owed about 34 dollars for the extra miles. I explained about the pick up location and what they had said. He said he can't change it but gave me a number for the local main office in my area. I called and spoke with Edward. He was curtious and advised that I did not owe anything and would call John at drop off location to clear it up. Even though I had the hiccup at drop off, John was very curtious and professional and I would deal with them again

Need a restroom readily available for customers. I was told to go to MacDonalds to use the restroom. I was not happy. Otherwise the clerk was very helpful.

The assistant tried hard, but the Uhaul credit card equipment would not work. I stood for at least 30 min while he tried to charge my card. It was a terrible experience.

pickup location was fine but uhaul had double booked my trailer which cost me an hour of my time, the pickup required all my card details again which makes me wonder why i needed to supply them on the uhaul website, and uhaul did not state that trailers do not come with an electrical adapter, so i had to buy one even though i own two already.

My home address was entered wrong on the contract and the vendor generated a new drop off location that I hadn't chosen and didn't mention it to me. The trailer had to be swept out before use.

This location should not be able to rent U-haul equipment and represent your company! Encountered no less than 10 problems during the rental and return of the auto-transport. Horrible, horrible rental experience! The worst of my life. I am 62 and have used U-haul at least a dozen times. I will not use U-haul again! I will give my business to one of your competitors. struggling now to get refunded since I made the reservation on line and paid with my credit card. Daughter picked up the trailer and they made her pay with her credit card. Now we are double charged and everyone I contact through UHUAL says to contact this other person. Time for VISA FRAUD through Navy Federal to get involved.

Incorrect starting mileage led to a $118.14 overcharge. I complained but was told nothing could be done about it. I suspect this is a normal business practice at this location and a way to offset the low $19.95 base rate.
