The van was very dirty inside, the windshield was dirty inside and out, the low tire pressure light was on. Pretty bad for a vehicle that only had about 9,000 miles on it.

Check engine light on. 'service tire pressure system' error and light on. truck cab was filthy dirty and not well presented. rep told me to ignore check engine light saying 'we need to get truck serviced'

The location and the customer service at the location was great it was the customer service in setting up the uhaul pick up that was poor. My pick up time was altered by 3 hours after i had already scheduled movers and they moved the pick up location without adding additional miles to cover this. The additional miles were added after i called customer service.

I had a brand new van and the TPMS system was lit as though there was a flat tire. I got nervous. The guy checked it for me and it was fine, but the said the light would go out and it never did. I believe it has to be reset by the dealer, as my personal car does. My reservation said I would be charged 19.95 for the rental but was charged 99.00 instead.

As a customer I was treated very poorly, the service was terrible, lacked communication, mangers lacked follow up with customer regarding reviewing the services of being misled regarding a truck 2-times and never received the truck 26 had to take a 15 truck and had to pay the movers extra money to multiple moving trips!!!

The contract arrived at via the internet should be emailed to customer as a pdf & not a link. Most importantly when the client arrives at the location the information should be there for the UHaul dealer to see. When I arrived yesterday they did not have the discounted package I had reserved and to keep things going they suggested just running it through at the full regular price then me going back to UHaul and fighting for the adjustment. Since I did not want to do this I call UHaul and discussed the matter immediately and handed my phone over to the dealer to get the matter taken care which meant they had to void the sale and redo it at the discounted price. This waisted 20 minutes of my time and thus meant I had a crew standing around for 20 minutes waiting to leave me as they assumed it the job was being cancelled. Then I had someone from UHaul calling me almost 2 hours later when I was standing in the truck loading stuff, and telling me that I had still not picked up the truck..This was challenging to deal with to say the least. Talk about a time lag. If it was not for the convience of the locations and nice conditions of the truck the ordeal would be considered terrible. I was extremely pleased with the truck I rented and the delivery in Warwick NY. The truck was comfortable and drove effortlessly. Also the size was just right for the partial needs I had. ONLY wish my 90 miles I had to travel was a bit LESS expensive. Federal gas and usage rates (gas, repairs, insurance, wear and tear) are approx $0.55 per mile and going 90 miles made my trip a bit more costly at your mileage rates and almost prohibitive. At Wadeson, left the keys. Young man took and left. Again, I was waiting for him to return. I assumed he was checking truck. Also. I was waiting to see if I had additional mileage to pay. He didn't return. Had to enquire abt him. Then he said. Oh. No..You r done. Again. Communication.
