This was my first time renting from U-Haul to pick up my first couch. I was super excited! I made the reservation at 8pm after normal business hours and started the process for self pick up. When I arrive to pick up my truck at 8pm, I receive a email at 8:05pm stating a piece of equipment is missing from assembly and to contact for assistance. There is absolutely no directions at the pick up site to assist customers if they are having issues. I called customer service and the representative did not know how to fully solve the problem and asked her supervisor for assistance. I stayed on the phone with customer service for a hour!! The representative manually reserved a rental at 8:30pm and I still wasn't able to retrieve the truck. At 8:45pm another reservation was made for pick up. I finally am able to move forward with the rental BUT now I was given a van!!! I ordered a truck. I was then called this morning by the exact same location for a reservation this morning at 8:30am! Are you serious? I was not able to retrieve my couch because of all the inconveniences I experienced. I was told by the representative I would receive full reimbursement but instead I received the billing statement! Everything went completely wrong, I did not receive my couch, and I was charged. This has been my first and last time renting a U-Hual after hours. It was ridiculous!

Awful location. Rented a 26' truck. Was given a truck with faulty brakes (air needed to be bled out of the brake system). I desperately needed a 26' truck for my move and it was the only one they had, so I drove around and although the brake pedal needed to be pushed all the way down to the floor to brake properly, at least it would brake with enough distance between other cars. Front office staff was courteous, but attendant (older male, morning shift) who brought the truck up was rude and disrespectful. Finding a gas station before turning it in was a nightmare. Terrible experience. Would not recommend this location to anyone. I have rented many trucks from many other UHaul locations before and have never had such rude service and vehicles that needed servicing being issued to customers.

Great location. Customer service could use some improvement. The cup holders were sticky and need to be cleaned. Sunday closing time is 5 pm. I returned the truck and dolly around 730 pm but the next day was charged for a full 2nd day for both items, and none of that was told to me. A male employee helped this morning saying he would take care of it and have the charges removed but 8 hrs later the GM has not called me. I called cust service and she sent IM's to the staff and still no call...

I was scheduled to pick up vehicle at 7:00 am on Saturday morning. I arrived at 6:55. The store didn't open till 7:10. The person that opened the store was totally disinterested in being at work. All the people that where at the front counter were totally disinterested. I did get the person that served me to open up a bit while taking care of me. While the contract was being explained to me there needs to be more interest in making sure it is clear. It was a very routine process. The men in the garage met my expectations. I tried to call back in an hour later with a question and was on hold for over twenty minutes and finally gave up and hung up. To say the least I was very disappointed. Michael whetstone

It took THREE yes 3 tries to get rental. !st attempt Mileage est 10K ABOVE what on contract!!!, 2nd attempt truck loaded with somebody else furniture!!! on 3rd attempt even though EMPTY gas tank, I said Ill take it!!!

The staff were nice enough but I missed an important appt.at an embassy which set my schedule back a whole day because your computers glitched. I had to go into the office and sort it out or pay double the cost of the truck rental, I was forced to dispute the charges.
