I reserved the truck directly through this location 1 week prior to needing it. I called that morning to find out what time I could pick up the truck and was told by the woman who answered that she didn't have a truck for me. At that point I became slightly upset and it was reflected in my tone of voice. Apparently the woman didn't appreciate my dismay, basically told me to be quiet while she figured this out and put me on hold. After a couple of minutes she came back and told me she did have a truck but I would have to wait until they got it ready. When I came to pick it up this woman felt the need to scold me for raising my voice and told me she "didn't have time for that kind of thing ". I apologized and went on my way to avoid any confrontation and everything went smoothly from there. The issue is, had she not initially told me she didn't have the truck I reserved ( and needed ) I would not have gotten upset. She had a BAD ATTITUDE which reflects poorly on your company.

Nothing. Crystal was friendly and accommodating even though we were one hour late. I called to let her know and she was very friendly about the situation.



Making sure the issuing agent has the correct charge amounts in their system as to what has been given to the customer over the phone. We were over charged and had to call for assistance correcting the overage. It should be able to be handled by the agent. Still waiting for a credit.
