truck would not start had loose battery cable . Cabin was leaking water while driving. Car hauler ramp latch was stuck very hard to unlatch ramp when pulling ramp out ramp came completely out cause latch not working properly.A little help please

After driving with the trailer 60 miles to unload the trailer while unloading I noticed that one of the tires had the belts showing. When I returned the trailer to the Denton location I pointed it out to Joshua who assisted with the return and he stated the trailer should of never been rented. Joshua removed the trailer from my truck after inspecting and had another employee replace the tire. Great job Joshua. He is the only emplyee with u haul that actually seemed like he cared about the customer .

When a customer makes a reservation it should be noted as to what the customer requested and when you get to the location all questions should be explained before the customer answers it. The manager shouldn't lie as to whether she or he spoke to a person and the manager said she would refund the money and when you get there they claim they didn't speak to the client. Very unhappy with that locations please go to someone else for your vehicle rentals or you could be lied to.

I had a great experience, the ease of reserving and pickup was great. Only had one issue and Zach took care if it. When we verified the mileage, there was a 99 mile discrepancy on the paperwork versus the equipment. The paperwork showed less than the truck, Zach noted it after it was pointed out so I would not be charged for this.

Not charge mileage for a vehicle that was needed in another town; and was rented over 40 miles away because it was there instead. The vehicle, location, and courtesy at this location was outstanding; the company policy of charging for mileage that I had no choice but to pay ended up costing me nearly $100 extra I have used uhaul for the past 30 years whenever I moved, because of this mileage policy I will no longer use you!

I have only been there a couple of times where there was actually someone in the office to help me. They are either out on the property or at lunch. In fact, once the general manager peeked out of his office from behind the gate, saw me, never answered me, and went back to eating his lunch. When I questioned him about it later, he said that the company required him to take an hour lunch. That's fine, but it's common courtesy to relay that information to the customer. So, we can come back later. Absolute nonsense. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

The guy who prepared our paperwork in the morning was awesome. Outstanding personality and excellent customer service skills. He's the type of individual that provides a positive and pleasant transaction. Super nice guy, and very accommodating! On the other hand upon returning truck to same location after 5:00 pone so, our experience was not the same as previously received when we picked up truck. This person immediately put me on the defensive about the blankets a friend loaned us to use that were in the truck. We did not rent any blankets from them. It appeared they were insinuating that we didn't pay for them...their comment was where did they come from. They ran the credit card on file, with the total charges for me to sign. I asked what we were getting billed for, and comment was, for renting the truck, and I would receive an email of the charges with a total, but she did not go over all the charges as I requested before I signed. Immediate red flag for me. I didn't appreciate their approach or demeanor. This person definitely needs a course(s) in customer service, or get another job not working with people, which thus person severely lacks! Was totally shocked with this person's attitude and approach to us when we drove up to return truck. Didn't appreciate and their accusation that we stoke the blankets we used on our move. It was an immediate turn off for us. We wanted out of there as quickly as possible. This person is definitely in the wrong line of work, and does not project the positive customer service required for this kind of work. We feel they are an liability, not an asset to your organization. Most likely will not go back to this location again. These types of people are bad news to the U-Haul organization.

Deliver the damn truck to the location that was requested. I had to drive an extra 90 miles to pick it up because you do not give a shit about your customers. No discounted rate to make up for the time and gas I had to spend to travel that 90 miles. Why in the hell do you even have an option to choose the pick up location if you're not going to honor it? Just the stupidest thing I've ever heard of. It would not have taken that much effort for you to deliver the truck. I will never, ever, use U-haul again.

Have the representative know what they're doing and not tell the customer they don't know what they're doing and the 800 number will fix it because if you pay cash they will not fix it you have to physically go back to that store and fix it there representative even want to try to fix it after he knew he'd made a mistake

I was charged $93.02 on my card but on the receipt it says I was charged $85.83, with the exact amount charged being $63.86. I should be getting a refund but the total amount charged is incorrect from what was actually charged on my account.
