It might be helpful for those unfamiliar with this location to add the address of the drop-off destination to the sales receipt. The drop-off office address is listed, but the actual drop-off location is not.

Person there didn't know how to use the computer, had to call in U-haul. That person seemed not to pay attention. Had to give all info for application 3 times, this was after I had pre check in online. My worst experience yet with U-haul

The truck seemed poorly maintained and the CEL was in when I picked it up. The front bumper guard was also hanging off and the lot attendant attempted to zip tie it on but was not successful.

Make clear what items it is necessary for the customer to supply. ie: a hitch height of approx. 18" (for the 5'x8' trailer) and a 2" ball. Also ,possibly a 7 pin to 4 pin wiring adapter, depending how your vehicle is wired.

We took the trucks back late at night when this business was closed so we can't answer any of the questions. It did have a huge parking space across the street where we had to park the trucks which was perfect.

Mr Rich was wonderfully helpful in the emergency situation we were dealing with. While he was very professional, he was also compassionate in the family emergency we were dealing with. You should wish that all your agents were such fine people as Mr Rich!

When returning a Uhaul truck make sure you give enough mileage to get there. We rented a uhaul and they said they will give us a free storage unit that was 35 minutes away from where we were moving and then sent us an hour away to return the uhaul. They then proceeded to tell us we went over our mileage. You need to get a place to return trucks that are closer to the storage units.

I had to check in my trailer at one location then drive it to another location to drop it off and then drive back to the original location to drop off check in papers. When I dropped off the check in papers I asked for a copy of them and she argued with me and refused to give me a copy instead wrote a note on my receipt saying it was clean when dropped off. Very poor service and inconvenient to have to drive all around town just to get equipment turned in! Not to mention the guy who unhooked and inspected my trailer had the audacity to bum a cigarette off of me! Never will I deal with them again. I'll go further out of my way to have a pleasant experience!

The truck wasn't cleaned very good inside; ashtray full & ashes, etc. all over the dash & trays. No CD player or cruise control, which really surprised me!

We are very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and this truck's ash tray was full of ashes, which made the truck smell like cigarettes. Our only other complaint would be that the engine noise is very loud in the cabin. It would be nice if something could be done about that.

Went to 2 different locations to drop off the trailer, they were not in. Called customer service and told them what was going on and would not give me a reciept for my services and that i would still be responsible for the equipment. Asked to speak with another person in charge and hung up on me and put me through the customer service again. Was not good customer service at all and will not use uhaul ever again and will blog about it.

There was no one at this location, and there was no drop off box. They could not be reached by phone. We had to call Nashville for instructions on how to leave keys and paper work.
