The return location was closed on Saturday when I returned the trailer. Had to call Uhaul to find out what to do. Over all, that was pretty easy. No clear place to drop the trailer, so I picked a place that was out of the way.

Was cussed out by uhaul employee after drop off. Will never do business with y'all again

The U-Haul customer service team couldn't find a truck I found one one size up and they let me swap for no up charge.
