This location did not specify the correct way to return the truck. So for a 24 he rental with approximately 40 miles on it. I was charged $187 because I thought I had to call when I returned the truck after hours. There was never an answer or recording so when they came back to work on Tuesday they charged me for 2 days only then telling me I needed to check in online. All they told us was we could check in on our phone. There were no other instructions inside the packet of the correct way to check in. I've call 3 times and my wife called once and they still won't return the call. Stay far away from this place. I've us3d uhaul before and never had any problems. This place could care less about customer service. They just want as much money out of you as possible

I was not allowed to have the vehicle for 24 hours because I did not have a smart phone and there was no one in the office on Sunday to return the vehicle to so I would have to rent the vehicle for 48 hours to have it for 24 hours, because they would not accept a Sunday return. I could not get the Vehicle until 10:00am and I would have to have it back before 5:00pm. I was able to rent the vehicle for about 5 hours before I ran out of time to complete another trip. The worst Uhaul I have ever used and I have been using Uhaul since 1970.

I waited 30 minutes to just get customer service to assist me in a problem getting the key. The system wasn’t working and they tried to blame it on me using safari. The customer service at the sight had me wait another 20 minutes. I had movers at the house not working while I was delayed a full hour by terrible customer service.

Representative was rude to a customer before me. He apologized to me for that behavior, I didn’t want him to help me but he was the only rep.He was very nice to me so overall my experience was ok. Trying to reach someone On the 800# was a horror. We spent hours on the phone just trying to return the truck??

You should teach your personal how to do the best for customers and help them, not to steal from them and sell them the most expensive truck for a day when he knows you are not going that far. And also I would recommend for them to be a little more nicer to people.

Tristan was incredibly rude and vindictive. We spent an hour folding the 105 blankets we returned for him to throw around while counting then charge us a “cleaning fee”. We had problems with a dolly return and he charged us a “damaged/defective” fee even though it was returned. Now my bank account has been overdrawn and we have to wait 3-7 business days for it to be reimbursed. He also charged us for 2 extra days when there was only one extra day. We are still waiting back a call from the district manager on this but was very very very unsatisfied with his behavior and general lack of professionalism.

Read your boys from my call in to customer service that day and watch social media, yelp etc., in near future. The worst and cost me lots of added money because of poor Uhaul service. Never again!!!

I had an appointment for a specific truck size and I was informed when I arrived they did not have the truck. The gave me a truck larger however it was a bit of a convenience. I didn't want a larger truck as it was not convenient for my home location for moving the truck around

When I rented my truck, I told the person I was moving to Melbourne FL, (I lived in Wellington FL, about 130 miles away) the next day. He even asked me how far away that was from where we were. One would assume that I wanted a one way truck. So I take my truck, load it up, take it up to Melbourne and unload it and took it to the local UHaul return place. It was then that I found out that I had been coded for an in-town move! It would have cost $410! To return it the Melbourne location rather than return it in Wellington. Thank god my mom was able to drive it back down for me! It ended up being $230 for whole run plus $60 in gas because I didn’t want to pay the surge charge for the fuel. MAKE SURE YOU ARE CODED CORRECTLY BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!!

The trailer came off the hitch and damaged my car. I went to Apex Auto to return the trailer and wanted them to see the damage to my car, after much argument with them they finally agreed to look at it. All I wanted was for them to acknowledge what I was telling them. The man who was either the manager or owner was very combative and told me it wasn’t his problem and was going to have to take time out of his schedule to look at my car. I am appalled at the demeaning and pompous attitude he had. The person who handles the yard told me to take off the trailer myself. I have been renting from uhaul for years and this is the first time I have had to deal with such jerks. These people are not serving not representing Uhaul as they should.

It was a good experience other then the fact that we were having issues due to self check out. As attempted to speak to customer service someone who works there pulls up in a U-haul handing the keys off to some else waiting aside us. Seeing us having trouble he runs off into the office as I was reaching out to him for help.
