Explain that the client needs to present a credit card or pay for the vehicle at the pickup location, that a credit card on file for the reservation will not be used at the pickup location. I called this pickup location on Saturday, Nov 11, 2017 @ 2:12 (860-953-6138) to ensure that another person could pick up the vehicle and the card on my profile would be used. I was informed that only two forms of ID were required and that the card on file could be used. We were Surprised to say the least when arriving on Tuesday, Nov 14 @ 8:30 to find our that this was not the case. Cash was used to secure the truck. Also, the vehicle was skipping and not in tune. It drove extremely rough and did not work properly uphill's. I spent $100.00 on fuel to ensure that I had enough gas for the entire trip. I hope these issues will be resolved...Thank you

Unfortunately I did not double check the mileage when I left the facility and felt that what was listed on my paperwork was actually a lower number of starting mileage, therefore indicating I drove more than I actually did. I suggest that a UHAUL employee comes out to the vehicle to review it with the customer the way employees do at car rental places. Or perhaps they can offer the suggestion to have the renter review the mileage before leaving the facility.

The woman who I picked up from was in a super sour mood, no warm greeting just awkward silence while entering info into the computer,she murmured how she wasn't about to go outside again because of the cold weather as she walked towards the back. Overall I was left with a uneasy feeling. The Equipment was fantastic and the gentleman who unhooked us when we returned was spot on curdious and helpful.

Don't park the van in a spot between a pole and another van making it difficult to get the vehicle out. I was glad I had driven one before so that I didn't damage either van.

THE ONLY ISSUE I HAVE WITH THIS LOCATION WAS THE SPEED IN WHICH IT OPERATES, VERY SLOW AT TIMES. I ALSO STILL WAITING 3 DAYS FOR THE REFUND?

I didn't have a problem with this location they gave proper service but my original pickup location north main street hartford ct didn't have the equipment I reserved and didn't seem to care and weren't concern with trying to help me i do not thinking I'll be using Uhual in there future

Trailer was not big enough to move my equipment. It was listed as 6' x 12', but loading gate was much smaller than 6'. Everything is online today, no help given to customer to be sure equipment will work for them. I didn't notice problem, drove home with trailer, saw it wouldn't work, returned trailer. Wasted a lot of time and got charged a full day rental of $47.00 Not worth the hassle.

The vehicle got stuck in my backyard. This is where we were unloading. Your roadside assist program was excellent in helping to get the vehicle out of this situation. The Four Aces towing crew were excellent. This program offered by you is EXCELLENT! I will certainly come back to rent at your agency in the future if needed.

Very disappointed, several times going there personally to pay for other peoples storage or trucks, different information given to me, left message on manager voice mail to resolve over charging in a credit card, no answer for two days now, went there the fifth time and one staff, very rude raising his voice.

I call the office next day and they tell me it was a mistake so they fixed and i ask how much ?? they tell me $ xxx now i check my statement it was more they tell me so i call back and they tell me i have to speak to manager and He wasn't there so i get mad and hang on my .
