There was such confusion with the online reservation! Folks at the uhaul facility did not understand either. Made what what was supposed to be quick and easy very frustrating!

This location was terrible. I did the mobile check in, and the keys for the truck were supposed to be in the drop box. I got the keys and they unlocked the wrong truck, not the one for my reservation. I tried to go in to the location to swap the keys and no one was there, and this was during operating hours. I had to call customer service multiple times (which was great), but took me over an hour and a half to get the right truck from the time of arrival. This location will not be used again if I rent another truck.

Smart phone checkin is promoted as a time saver, but it took a significant amout of time & many steps. Before completion, I skipped the process and walked in to complete the checkin which was quick & efficient. Need to emphasize that smart phone process is primarily for after hours. Otherwise all went great!

Vehicle was reserved last week on line for 8:30 am pickup. Upon arrival all doors of the business were locked. Finally at 8:40 a man appeared and stated that he could not help me. He called someone and they could not find my reservation. We sat for 10 minutes and someone called back and directed him to get the mileage and check the gas. This man made another call on speaker phone and a woman asked me questions about my rental. When I asked the woman what her name was, a man's voice in the background, said "Who the fuck is asking questions about who we are". The man holding the phone stated that the male on the other end of the phone was his son Christian. I was never provided a contract or any documentation proving that I had rented the vehicle. None of the paperwork received through the email was signed. This has been the most unacceptable customer service experience through UHaul. This location is an embarrassment to your brand and I am appalled at the way that I was treated.

The representative should make sure all equipment that is paid for, is present. I paid for 2 dollies and the utility dolly wasn't on the truck when I moved. And this was a one way trip. Now I've called 2 times. But it's the weekend. So I'll try again on Monday to be refunded. It may be $10, but it's my money.

Everything was fine until it time to return the truck. I was told one thing on the phone by a customer care rep an at the rental place. An I feel I got screwed!!!

I have following complaints against the location: I returned the vehicle at 7.30 pm July 30, but the drop time on my receipt is 9.30 am July 31. When I returned the vehicle the fuel tank was half filled. But, the marker on receipt is showing 1/4 filled. Also, the total miles covered is mentioned as 36, but I don't think I traveled this much distance.
