I rented a trailer, returned it on the designated day. The owner didn't check it in for 3 days after it was returned and then I was charged for those additional days! The fight to get the money back and the wait time is ridiculous, considering it is literally theft! When I told the owner I was filing a fraud complaint with my bank, he laughed and said "he's making reasonable accomodations" by requesting a refund. Poor customer service, irresponsible, and would not recommend.

David K.Trailer reservation had no insurance. Clerk added insurance without asking. If you use a trailer for any portion of a day, you should only be charged for that portion: 8 hours = 33.3% of daily rate.
