Quick easy turnover of the truck
I am not doing storage AND rental from this location. Solid service from the owners and very reasonable given my time restrictions and other needs. This vehicle must have been brand new. Handled very well.

Last week I stopped in at Total Rental Center to reserve a trailer. In the next couple of days I received text messages from UHaul and assumed they were about my reservation at Total Rental. When arrived at Total Rental to pick up the trailer, I discovered that your corp. changed my reservation to the company owned UHaul store. I was not happy about that. Total Rental was able to give me the trailer I needed that day and cancelled the trailer that was "reserved" for me at the company store. Please remember if your customers would want to do business with the company store we would go there ourselves. If we want to do business with the locally owned business that is where we will go. Don"t "steal" customers from your local dealers.
There was much confusion about my return of the uhaul the man here told me i could return it Saturday morning and have a credit applied to my form of payment. I returned it Saturday (6/20/20) morning at 9:30 am and he was not able to give me paperwork at that time. I received a phone call Sunday afternoon asking where the truck was, then tried to call customer service to let them know it had been returned Saturday morning and they had trouble trying to figure out what was going on, never did get clarification that it was all straightened out and no credit has been applied to my form of payment either. Would be nice for someone to follow up on these things and ensure everything was taken care of. I have a busy schedule to make the calls to do so myself is difficult at times. It would be great customer service if it was to be handled and then communicated with the customer that it was.
This place was very nice and easy to do business with. Very helpful owner not to mention very knowledgeable. This will be my new go to trailer rental.

Was closed which was fine, voicemail message said not back until Monday. My problem was the contract said when ready to drop off call the drop off location phone number. Since they weren't available I googled uhaul customer service. Held on hold for 15 minutes. Due to the long hold I left and when they answered said I had to go back and recall and they would help me. I called when I got back, held on hold for 5-10 minutes, and was then told that they don't help over the phone and it had to be done online. Confusing from the start of drop off which was disappointing.

Provide a more accurate rate. We were quoted as $129 and ended paying 188, after the office said they could get us a "better deal" than the 140 we were originally quoted.
The employee at the store at the time I dropped it off did not deal with U-Haul equipment. The person that did was gone and wouldn't be back for an hour. I was dropping it off early at an unscheduled time. I left a note with my information and left the trailer there. I think everything got checked in ok as I got an email the next morning with my final bill.
Customer Service was great but the phone app would not work.
we are still waiting for response/resolution on insurance charges we did NOT request - we also tried to the 'contact us form' and it won't let us submit -local service people were friendly and helpful to their capability - but online/phone help is not forthcoming since they have our money
Great experience with helpful staff.
Give the customer the correct address and especially the DIRECT phone number. We spent over an hour trying to find the place with all the road construction and detours...a direct number would have gotten us in touch with the LOCAL person who knows what is happening.
My online reservation expired, which delayed picking up my rental by 1 hour as I had to call the 1-800 number and was on hold for 30 minutes. On top of that, I reserved 1 dozen folding blankets that were not provided. There were not in inventory at the location. I was still charged, and not sure how to receive a refund.
Received no call that i needed to pick it up early due to them deciding to close early
