Cup holders were sticky and dirty I received a charge on drop off for $13.56 not sure why?

Reserved a 15ft truck. Got to the location they didn’t have one even tho I reserved it for that location with “3” In stock. Supposedly was supposed to go to amherstburg to pick up the truck but I never got a call about that. Went to the Walker road location for a 10ft truck but we learned that 10ft trucks don’t have ramps. So we had to go buy ramps, in order to get my move “done” because we still had to go back to the house since we didn’t have a truck that was big enough for everything. We were never offered any sort of discount, refund, anything from the major inconvenience that this ordeal caused. Was not impressed.
Richard MNo issue with the location but UHual call centre people were so rude , unprofessional and mismanaged, they sent me to the wrong location, gave me wrong equipment and changed my return location. Please me mindful and keep checking your email they can change anything according to their convenience and availability, return on time and charge me for 2 days ridiculous
