I didn't know the truck needed to be swept after use and I was informed that it would be an additional $25 charge. The person assisting me with my return pointed out the sign in the back of the truck which is very visible which explained this charge, but I didn't notice it when I was moving things in and out of the truck. Also, the truck was not swept and a bit untidy when I picked it up and I explained this to the person assisting me. She was incredibly understanding and told me not to worry about the charge and went inside and grabbed a broom and swept the back of the truck for me and said there would be no charge. Extremely grateful for her understanding and for going the extra mile. I will definitely rent U-Haul moving trucks from them again in the future! :)
