I guess this is a satellite location but it would be nicer to drop off something like a truck at a proper location with proper staff-- it seemed like the man at the garage wasn't associated with uhaul. Would be nice to not have had to back up the truck into such a tight spot ourselves-- if I was by myself it would not have been possible.


Window was open and had rained. There was a puddle on the floor. No furniture pads as requested, the location had run out. Ultimately did what I needed the truck to do.

My order came incomplete with the dolly and pads I ordered, and I was charged for it.


I made a reservation with a dolly, but was told there were no dollies available when I went to pick up the truck. I would have prepared an alternative option had I known, a heads up would be appreciated! But overall great service.


I had booked a van and hand truck. After picking up the van and driving 30 minutes, I realized there was no hand truck in the in van. So I had to rush back to the pick up location to see if I can pick up the hand truck. After I arrive there, the person working there says there was no hand truck booked with my order, which I did. Just for your information, this is not a full Uhaul dedicated location (it is a parking garage but has uhaul services) Furthermore, he said it is Uhaul screws up all the time by forgetting to include hand trucks with the order. I asked the guy if he had any hand trucks and he said no. So I wasted my time going back and forth with no hand truck in hand. I asked for uhaul to credit back my account for the wasted gas and they said no. Won't be going back to uhaul or this location anytime soon.

Charged 2x and for incorrect amounts. Was given a van that was ON EMPTY and had to put gas in myself before moving. Returned the truck with a 1/4 full tank and was charged a refueling fee AND $20 for gas.

Registering online and then again on location was confusing and seemed unnecessary. There was zero time savings.


The mobile app pick-up / drop-off didn't work for my reservation; .however, the younger male attendant was able to look-up and help me complete the check-out process on my reservation.

Those guys are great! Your Uhaul online app check in thing is useless and dumb and a waste of my time. All the dudes working at this location are awesome and helpful!

They did not have any of the moving supplies that I requested (two handtrucks and dollies). Was given two furniture pads as an alternative. Due to not having proper moving equipment, my TV was damaged during the loading of the truck. Upon returning the truck two random men, who I have no idea if they actually worked for Uhaul asked me for my keys and gave me an attitude when I insisted on dropping them into the key return box. Additionally, we I was checking out, Uhaul tried to charge me an additional $190. with no explanation as to what the additional charge was for. I will not be using Uhaul again for my next move as it wasn't a seamless process.

The pickup process should have been communicated by U-Haul in advance I did not select truck share, the verification process was a surprise and no one from U-Haul directly was available to explain to me. This was also communicated less than 12 hours from the pickup time.


The app Uhaul tried to require me to use did not work. The (nice) person at the desk had to check me in by hand. It didn't work for checkout either.

None of the additional equipment I ordered was available.

The person before me left a brown envelope in the unhaul-i didn't realize until i started receiving calls from the pick up place and then the person themself and some one else and texting-13 calls-i don't know how the person got my number uhaul must of given them it. they demanded i tell them where i was and when they got there they were aggressive and rude and it was unsafe i want a full refund your employee of south 6 was unhelpful.
