Have some tow equipment available on site for purchase. We didn't have the correct plug for the lights and had to go to 3 stores to get it. If there had been a selection available at the rental site we would have saved an hour of trouble .

The clerk was not very helpful. There were two 20ft trucks available but she would only allow me to rent the truck that was in bad shape. The change oil message was active and one of the tires blew out only 60 miles into trip causing a 2.5 hour delay with 3 young children.

Customer service was horrible. I was told I had to leave my car in a shopping center parking lot as I could not occupy a space for customers. Was I not a customer. The building was overwhelming with cigarette smoke. When I approached the counter I was told I would have to wait as the customer at the gas pump was more important to their business. I will never rent there again and I will warn everyone not to.

1 day is not enough time for the charge. Its to expensive to charge twice if returning the same day. Someone should change the rule for that.

the location that I chose for pickup was not available for the truck that I wanted, yet the location was still listed on the website. If the truck I want isn't available at the location I wanted, then don't make the option available on the website; it just makes for more confusion.

It was confusing for when I placed the request for the trailer, I was asked for my credit card. I gave that person my number and told them to go ahead and pay for my rental. When my son got there, the clerk was rude and said that I hadn't paid for it. He had to use his credit card and I'm just wondering why was my credit information was not done as requested. We returned it before they closed. Why ask for credit card information if you're not using it? It delayed us getting the trailer and getting the furniture and other items before the storage company closed for the day. This was a last minute emergency and I felt extremely frustrated with how it all was handled.

The truck cab had a very bad odor. I used a loading service listed on the uhaul site. They were great. Very profession knew what they were doing. Excellent service.

I reserved a dolly when I placed my order online, but your U-Haul rep did not have one at the rental location when I appeared to pick up the truck. As the nice lady said, “I can’t give you something that I don’t have.” I am wondering why she didn’t have one, and the only answer that I got was that they were all gone. Perhaps you can figure out a way to improve on your method of reserving equipment.

I took a picture of gas & milage and they still overcharged me for gas & fee. I spoke to UHAUL to extend the return & they still charged me a late rerun fee even though it was a 24 hour drop location.
