This was my worst experience dealing with uhauls....first of all, my reservation was for 10.30am.i didn't end up leaving there until 10 after 11...because the guy was super slow, taking his time, and working with another customer...which held up my move as well...so when I dropped the truck back off. He was very rude .he said his name was Dennis the owner but he was very rude and unprofessional..he again slow paved, kept getting up and disappearing without saying anything and I'm waiting not knowing where he went..then he comes and says h ges charging me extra money for leaving a water bottle in there that o forgot and that if he has to get a broom, he's charging me...what! Every uhaul I had myself and that worker looked over the truck in the beginning and end so we both agreed on any thing wrong ..not this place..then he was doing all the transactions on his phone and not a computer the place was a disgrace..worst ever..all the workers are old and that one guy Dennis the owner if that's accurate, is very unprofessional...when I was coming in the people that he was working with were also complaining about this same guy very unprofessional and they were calling corporate..i am 2..i told him I was calling he said call I don't care, then said I forgot to charge u the extra 5.00 u don't have to call corporate..but he still charged me anyway..horrible

Hardware store that wants to be hardware store. No room to turn around. I was only able to spot the trailer because we used a van to return the trailer not my 34’ rv.

Our move was delayed because the U-Haul on our original reservation didn't have a truck for us. We were sent to a different location and given a dirty truck without the staff filling out a condition report. I had cleaned the truck after my use and was still charged for a cleaning fee, even though I returned it cleaner than I received it.

I placed our reservation online, the confirmation paper I had, had the wrong location. When I spoke to the reservation specialist the day before she said their were two exact reservations and she cancelled one. When I went to the place on my reservation, they sent us to a different location. While we were on our way to the second location the willowick location called and we told them we were on our way. When we got there, the man behind the counter stated that the "u haul guy was at lunch" we stated we just spoke to someone five minutes ago, and explained what happened and that we would be there in five minutes. The man who was there was very rude, to us and another u haul customer there as well waiting. We had express service and we waited about an hour to even process a payment and pull up our reservation. The man who came in from lunch handed us keys and said "its in the back." Did not walk us out there, look over the truck nor even explain how the u haul truck works or explain which truck out there was the one we were supposed to take. He did not check for any marks on truck, look over miles, nothing!! Horrible horrible customer service. Very very rude and demanding.

Wonderful folks, and a nice truck! They were very helpful. The only very small negative, was the smell of chemical fertilizers and such in the store. Perhaps they could store them further away from the counter?

Uhaul was fine but staff at the pickup location were extremely un-friendly. They didn't even tell us which vehicle was ours we had to just try the keys in each one.

The van had the worst smell ever!! Smell like it was used to move barn animals right before I rented it. Literally had my allergies going crazy!!

The truck was not available at the location we reserved it at (even though it said it was on line) If the truck was "available" then it should of been there when we needed it. I made reservations on line ahead of time to assure that it was available & that we didn't do everything last minute. Not sure how it was there when I made the reservation then when we were supposed to pick it up it was gone. So not too sure if on line inventory was wrong or if someone rented our truck to someone else. Thankfully there was one at another location close by. Although the truck served its purpose the organization & the whole process was not easy on a very busy day of moving. Plus the truck was in very rough shape. Good thing we moved close because I feel it would not of made it on a long distance move. So overall it was way more complicated & frustrating than it needed to be.

I asked for a 2 day rental but they charged me for 3 claiming id get my money refunded for the remaining days if I returned it sooner . I returned it after 1 day to walnut that very same day and I never got a refund

The flat bed car hauler was very stable both empty and with the car on it. We found that there was a conflict between the front spoiler on the Corvette and the wheel stop on the trailer. The car had to be shimmed up with 2 layers of 2x4s to avoid damage to the spoiler. Once the tie downs were installed the vehicle rode well.

Hello, I have rented a Uhaul several times, always with a good experience. My only complaint about this one is, one of the back doors of the van I rented was broke and would not open. I rented a 9 foot Cargo Van and the rear left door was unable to open. It made loading and unloading much more difficult. I would like to be contacted by customer support and see if any money could be refunded? I am still a loyal Uhaul user, but this was a subpar experience. Thank you, Paul Smylie
