It was difficult for me to locate the actual store. Product was parked on 1 side of the road and the building is on the opposite corner. Completed drop off only.

The Richmond Indiana store has incompetent employees and piss pour abilities. I called the Greenville Ohio store to set the reservation for the unit I picked up in Winchester Indiana. Both gentlemen at the Greenville and Winchester stores were very helpful and polite. The Richmond store is wasted space and should be shut down.

Horrible experience. We had reserved for pick up at the above location the day before. When we arrived for pick up the store was closed. We called customer service and they were unable to contact the location manager and tried helping us do a self-check in. We were trying to set up the self check in when the location manager arrived. Keep in mind it was about -11 degrees outside and we'd already been waiting for 45 minutes. He let us in and started to start the process but the computers and internet were down. He finally contacted someone local by phone to finish the process so we were unable to view the contract at that time. Later that day we received the email with the contract and we thankfully looked it over. Our original reservation was for 2 days but the contract had been put in for 24 hours. We called the above location and were told to call back the following morning for scheduling to reschedule. We called first thing the following morning to the same above location and were told it would be adjusted to the correct time return we asked for originally. Later that day we received an email saying we had late/unreturned equipment. We called the number provided in the email and explained the situation that we had already called and were told we had it until the originally agreed upon time of 2 days. The customer service rep was able to get everything put in correctly as it apparently had NOT been done right from the beginning. The lack of professionalism was very disappointing. When we asked the above location manager if they were supposed to have been open the day of our pick up he said no, they were closed. If a location has hours that differ they shouldn't be listed as a possibility. We called to reserve and the CS rep is the one who gave that location as the pick up. It was also very frustrating that we had to travel over 30 minutes to even pick up when a closer location had multiple trucks sitting the entire time we had our rental. It's frustrating when, as a customer, you do your end to reserve, pick up, etc. and then have nothing but mass confusion and miscommunication. We would definitely never use the service again.

I was to pick up on a Saturday morning in Muncie. Truck was not going to be available in Muncie, but they had one in Winchester. This was not too big of a deal, but the Winchester location is not open on Saturday and closed @ 4:30 on Friday. I had to make special arrangements to pick up the truck by this time on Friday. Other than that, all went smooth.
