It took making 4 reservations to actually get a truck. U-Haul canceled the reservation 3 times the day before the scheduled move day even after giving them a week to 2 week reservation. I had to drive to a location that was out of the way to get a vehicle where it should have been transferred to the location I chose by U-Haul. I would recommend going with any other truck rental company if available. It wasn't the case in the town I was moving from.

For the drop-off location, please provide their operating hours. I rented my U-Haul truck on Saturday & on Sunday afternoon went to drop the U-Haul truck off at the Service Station, and they was closed.

U-haul's online reservation system is extremely too slow, caused me to have to wait 45 min. to get paperwork to sign before I could drive away.

This was the roughest riding truck I have ever rented. I had a piece of merchandise damaged because of the shaking. I called your customer service and reported it as well as reporting it to the dealer. The dealer did not seem concerned at all As a matter of fact just laughed when I told them NO HAPPY WITH U HAUL LOST MY BUSINESS!!!
