This location is very difficult to find. Most GPS system can determine or get a fix on the address. Drove an extra 37 miles trying to find it. Since I went over my 100 miles allowance by uhaul, I was charged .An extra 40 cents a mile.. .40 cents X 37 = $14.80 tacked on my rental, just trying to find the drop off location. Total BS.
UHaul needs to improve when it comes to arranging pick up locations. We arrived at our location only to find that there was no 10-foot truck there for us as promised, they had only a van. We were then sent to another location, which was much farther away and a major inconvenience!
It wasn't the location's fault, but UHaul itself we were guaranteed our pick up for 11 am and the truck was not available when we got there. The location owner then looked into the issue and said the truck would be available later in the day. He called at 3:30 pm and we picked up the truck. Just upsetting because I was hoping to get done what I needed in the morning instead of later in the day. Uhaul should have never confirmed the time online if truck was not available.
First of all, they told me to go to one location and then when I showed up, that place said no it's now been moved to a different location, which cost me an extra half hour while I had people waiting for me to return with the truck for the move! That's not even the worst part, they gave me a quote for $136, and then end up with a bill that's $336!!!â€ The original place I was supposed to rent from asked me for the address so they could see how many miles expected to go, and gave me the quote for $136, but somehow the bill tripled! Very unsatisfied!!!

The lens for the passenger back-up light was missing and had not been noticed by whoever had inspected the vehicle prior to me picking it up.
Owner told me not to worry about bringing the rental back by noon. He said we would work it out. He worked it out by charging me for an extra day and for insurance. I will not be back.

I hurt my back loading truck after a back surgery. I had help coming but had to wait til early Saturday am. The truck was due back Saturday. I called to let that location know of my dilemma and the guy on the phone was rude, no customer service skills and pissed off about me being late. Then he charges me an extra 3 days plus insurance. I emailed him and dropped the truck off by 7 pm Saturday evening...so why are you going to charge me 3 extra days???? Are you smoking crack???? I am giving U haul the chance to correct this over charge and send this guy for People Skills. Very Rude on the phone after I apologized to him because of my Back. We will see what happens and I will update on U Haul's decision

Got charged 240 miles when I only went 60 miles. Only had it for three hours. Not happy I got charged almost $300 for three hours. Got the run around from 5 different people at uhaul
There was a glitch in the system when I tried to do the contactless check-in, but the person there contacted UHaul directly and we were able to complete the transaction smoothly.
Don is always so friendly, helpful and accommodating.

THE only complaint I have is that I had drive 30 miles round trip to pick up trailer.
Attendant Added insurance without asking me. He Asked me to sign a final receipt without any explanation or instructions. When I returned the trailer he asked that I place it where It was originally which involved going in reverse in a tight parking lot without offering any help. My experience with this location is very different from my early experiences with other location. This one is very poor.

vehicle not at location we wanted, had to drive to tuckahoe lost over 1hr & half . I dont own smart phone , I have a flip phone that wont work with U HAUL . HIGH TEC COMPANY LEFT ME DOWN........
The only thing I can saw was at this location the cellular phone signal is not great, so online return process over the phone while at this location, does take some time. But it's not really the locations fault. The owners did stop by and let me know about their WiFi passsword so I could connect but I was done by that time. Otherwise they were very helpful during the check in process
The location is fine. It is Uhaul that is unprofessional and incompetent. EVERY single time I rent a truck I am told my location has limited trucks and I may not be able to get it there. YOU DON'T even contact the place. I made a reservation a month out. I called the location I wanted 5 days before I needed it and Uhaul never even contacted them! I called Uhaul late afternoon the DAY BEFORE and place was still not contacted?? I hate your company, if there was any other competition around my area I would use someone different. TERRIBLE
