The truck at the location I had booked was not available. Called uhaul the manager declined to give me the 50$ discount. I didn't get the truck I booked. She was rude. I asked for the recor ding of the conversation and she hung up on me.

The person was rude and asked me why am I dripping it in this location. After he get the key and left the store when waiting for a cab he came out and to return the key back to me to drop it in an other location. I asked him to contact central office so I can talk with them but he said he don't have their number and I should call them myself. I didn't accept to get they key back because he has already received the truck. He said he will move the truck and will leave it in the street. I told him I returned the truck and he can do what ever he wants I am very disappointed with the service and the way I was treated

Did not write anything down on spot check when providing the vehicle. Negligence on the part of staff however we get blamed because they didn't do their job properly. Charged for previous damage. Place was very sketchy and maintained, staff was rude and unorganised. They could not provide any paper trial for the car when we asked when they accused us of damage.

Excellent customer service. Walked in same day without any prior booking appointment and was on my way out with brand new cargo van in 15 minutes. All fees and charges were applied in accordance with explanation provided at time of pick-up. Would highly recommend and use for any future rentals.

Over all good experience - but condition.of truck could have been a bit better - driver door would not open - and the passenger arm rest on the door was broken.

Pickup was delayed by half an hour due to a need to release the truck since the last drivers' credit card failed. Why should I be delayed because of someone else's payment problem? Can't necessarily blame this particular location, but the experience was less than optimal.

Truck was in a bad condition: 1. Left door does not open. 2. Key is stuck when turning on the engine. 3. Passenger door handle is broken. They also over-charged me for the gas! I am definitely not using them again!

Have to hunt to find attendant. Was charged $10 extra for being 1L below on gas when returning, after having to wait 20mins. for attendant to find paperwork.

You guaranteed I pick up my truck at 8:00 am. When I came to pick it up nobody was there. I waited till 9:30 to get someone. I paid 1and half hour to movers just for waiting me qith a truck.

I filled out the form on my e-mail for check in fast track, when picking up truck took long time to fill out again????? The guy gave us the wrong truck, wasted two hours, paid guys to help move, cost me money!!!! Could not find location, was accused of not hearing him, he told me the west south side of young for location, in fact in was the south east side, very poor sign of U-Haul, I think it was the size of a *1/2 by 11" on door only, at back of building, Very disappointed and very upset with the whole experience!!!! Would not recommend or use U-Haul again!!!!!!!

The individual at the drop off location did not introduce himself nor say anything about the truck. He simply came out, looked around the truck, took down my name and number and walked away. This individual had very poor customer service and seemed to be in a bad mood. Also, I was not notified during the time of examination that because we had returned the truck 23 minutes late we would be charged a fee of 65 dollars. In the future, your customers should be notified at the drop-off location if there is going to be any extra charges so that it is not completely unexpected.

Live chat is useless. No help at all. Customer service is almost impossible to contact. I got an email from head office mentioning to email to 4_AFM@uhaul.com if there is any problem. This email dose not exist. I rented a 10' van for 24 h. Everything was fine before I paid. Confirmation gave me 4 h!! I complained, they said they would fix it. When received the bill it was 12 h!! I complained again and they said not to worry. When I returned the van I was charged twice. Assuming 2 times 12 h!! Nobody is there to help. It is a scam.
