This location is primarily a Shell gas station. There is no prominent U-Haul sign. I drove around the area a few times, saw no U-Haul sign, and just stopped at the gas station for directions to the U-Haul place when I was told that this gas station was it.

Make sure all of your dealers are open when they are supposed to be.

I think it’s absolute garbage I was charged because the truck I rented didn’t have enough fuel in it upon return. I put $18 in it just be needle wasn’t exactly on the half tank mark, I was charged an additional 11.95. Seriously U-Haul? When I first got into the truck before I drove anywhere the tank was below half, so how is it fair that I was charged.

I had to clean out the back of the truck because it was very dirty. There wasn't any windshield washer fluid in the reservoir, therefore I could not clean the windows and that area had snow earlier. I had to return the truck back to the location of rental because Uhaul had come there to pick up all the other trucks, thus incurring an additional $90.00 in mileage expense. So I will use another company the next time.

The cab of the vehicle smelled really bad (like wet dogs). I bought air fresheners and kept the windows down the entire trip to try to air it out. I told the representative at the drop off location. I I also found a cigarette butt and some used tissue in the cab too. The moving compartment (where I placed my furniture) was immaculate with no smell. I really appreciated this! The vehicle had less than 3000 miles so it looked good, drove well and everything mechanically inside the cab worked - lights, wipers, radio and heating/cooling. The overall handling was great.

The gentleman who helped with the U-Haul was great and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend the location again, just because of him. Thanks!!
