They did not handle trailers or have a jack to lift my trailer off of my car. I strained my back lifting it off myself. Why don't your trailers have a tongue jack on them?

The Uhaul had ashes in the ash tray, muddy footprints on the floor, and the radio did not work. I had to drive cross country with no radio. I have successfully rented from Uhaul for years, but was very disappointed with this rental.

Ramp didn't pull out. Got to about three feet out and stopped. Transmission was weird. Had to get it to 3,000 rpm before it shifted. Was hard to get used to and sounded terrible.
