The only thing wrong was the windshield wipers were bad. Left streaks and didn't wipe clean. Hard to see road when it was wet.

WENT TO 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS BEFORE I GOT WHAT I WAS TOLD AT THE FIRST. FIRST PLACE CLOSED EARLY, SECOND PLACE DID ALL MY PAPER WORK AND WENT TO HOOK ME UP TO FIND OUT THE TRAILER WAS STOLEN, THAN HAD TO GO TO A THIRD. YOU GUYS GIVE ME BACK 50 BUCKS FOR 2 HOURS OF MY TIME, BE A LONG TIME BEFORE I COME RENT FROM YOU GUYS AGAIN.

The guy decides to argue with us over a coupon that was given to us by uhaul and told my husband we couldn't use it!!! I think I'm done with uhaul this is my second bad experience and it sucks because the rental rate is reasonable but the customer service end is way off!!!

As usual, and what I have found at all locations, the recorded gas is always more that what is actually in the tank. You have to call them out on this. I also had to check the count on th furniture pads and , as usual, I had less than what was actually recorded. I have used uhaul 3 times in the least few months and every time the gas is recorded as being higher that what is actually in the tank. If you do not bring back with the amount recorded you will be charged at a ridiculous rate. 2 out of 3 times they loaded less furniture pads than what they recorded, again you will be charged for the missing pads. You have to double check all their numbers ior you will pay the price.

we originally scheduled and were confirmed for theconcord loation on rt 29 accross from s@d coffee but were rescheduled without notice to this location. when we arrived at the original location we were told about the change by a nice young lady, when i asked what that meant an older gentalman behind the counter rudelly butted in stating " that means I donthave a truck for you". when i explained that we chose that location because of the earlier opening time and convenience for us he stated "it doesnt matter i dont have a truck for you!!" this persons rudeness will be the reason i never rent from uhaul again!!

I turned it in on this location same day I got the rental then for a week I had Uhaul people calling me while I was at work and saying I didn't return it.. The last Uhaul person I talked to at the 800 number who said she was making notes of when and where I turned it in to was an ass. I had to give Uhaul not just the name of the place but I had to Google the address and phone number for her.. I always used Uhaul but I swear I will never again I rather pay more somewhere else then go through people thinking you lying about turning in something.

Very poor customer service. Upon arrival, there was no interaction, other than, do you have your license. It was as if he (the individual waiting on us) was being inconvenienced by us being there. We made the reservation online and it was approved, drive 250 miles to this "preferred" location only to be told by Dennis that he could not rent the trailer to us because the vehicle we were driving was not recommended but was approved online. He offered absolutely no solution to us whatsoever. He called his supervisor and said no, nothing we can do and hung up. So that was it. We had to ask the man to get him back on the phone. No solution. He said to call corporate. After staying on the phone with Uhaul's corporate office for over an hour, we managed to get a lady in the billing department, a very helpful Lady, who directed us to another location and were able to get another trailer without any problems. Uhaul should remove him as a dealer. It does not reflect well on their company. This individual has no business interacting with people and is a poor reflection on Uhaul. All the time taken on the phone, should have been his responsibility. And this was told to us by Uhaul after filing the complaint. Do not use this location!

We were very dissatisfied with the truck we were provided. I believe it may be the oldest in your fleet. The transmission was terrible. It took forever to get up to the speed limit and when stopping the truck shook because it down shifted so hard and quickly. The air brake system didnt want to turn off when put into gear and the switch for it also did not turn it off. Would have to put it back in park and then into gear again. The ramp was just thrown in the back of the truck so after we loaded the truck, which was full, it took us 30 mins to get it back in the track and slid nude the truck. Overall, really not happy and not sure how that truck is part if your fleet.

the tow dolly i rented was a pos. the fender fell off before i even got my car on it and after it was fixed it was prevously welded and the weld broke cause it was a poor weld and it broke and fell off again and i had to deal with the police because of it. yall need to take that dolly and trash it. its wore out and caused me more problems. the ratchet straps are also wore out i had to stop every 75-100 miles to tighten them back up. one even came complety off my wheel because of it. it costed me more time and stress on my cross country trip than i could handle and the money it costed us.

The 1st location i had the truck reserved did not have any trucks available. I then had to drive 30 min out of my way to pick up another truck adding unnecessary miles that i would be charged for. The Sofa Store in Rockwell NC spoke to Uhaul customer service and said i would only have to pay $0.29 a mile. The Kannapolis location said they couldnt accommodate me with that. I was assured by the sofa store i wouldnt be charged for the higher mileage. I get my bill this morning and you have charged me more then what was promised. I will be contating the Better Business Bureau, plus disputing the charge to my card with the bank. I will noy recommend your services to anyone in the future and will be posting on several social media and blogs with negative reviews of how i was treated.

The agent who served me was extremely nice and helpful. However, the truck was terrible. He had to jump start it when we first got the truck. Then we had to jump start it almost every time we had to start the vehicle. We had to carry cables with us at all time. That is unacceptable. Moving is hard enough as is without worrying about whether your truck will start or not. Also we realized that there is a new U Haul dealer much closer to our home with huge parking lots and plenty of room in which to navigate. The place at which we got our truck was very small, hilly and muddy. As I have said the dealer was extremely nice but the overall experience this trip was poor.
