Terry AThe man who helped us, Zack, was very nice and helpful but the location was just not appealing and rather strange. The truck itself was the worst I’ve rented since the 1980’s. It made several noises that clearly aren’t normal. The sounds seemed mechanical and structural. I was extremely concerned the entire trip.
