Original U-Haul location was unable to get the truck that I ordered in so my location had to be changed to 20 minutes further south. The process wasn’t too bad except the U-Haul had a check engine light on the entire time. When my location was switched, I was told I was to get a $50 credit and I am yet to see that refund I’ll be calling the 800 number today.

Was charged $60 for a $22.95 overall rental. They told me to call u-haul even though the receipt said to pay me back $35.44. After arguing with the front desk lady about it the owner FINALLY called an hour after I left and told me it was her error that she owed me $35.44.
Candy CurrenCallie was professional, prompt, and very helpful to get the truck and appliance dolly we needed. We are very thankful.

Ronald HearthU-Haul email traffic is useless. Very few of the included reservation links even worked. U-Haul email directed equipment drop off at a different location. Seems to me that this would be a one way rental and the rates for that were higher. If the equipment is being dropped at a different location for U-Haul's convenience (moving assets from one dealer to another) the cost of the move should be specifically detailed in the email so that the customer knows up front that they will not be charged anything extra. (or perhaps offer a small discount for the customers inconvenience of returing it to a different location.
