U haul is out dated in that they still use flat 4 wire plugs when all modern cars and pickups with trailer package use 7 wire RV plug. This forces customer to have or buy adapter from u haul to hook up to trailer. Also u haul has no tongue jacks which shows disregard for customer safety, forcing them to dead lift tongue to put on or off tow vehicle. Because you are cheap, I have to risk injury renting your units.
