I had rented U-Hauls before for other people at different places. This was the first time to rent one for myself and drive it myself. I talked to the person on the phone first. He was pleasant and friendly. When I picked up the truck the next day, he was very courteous and professional. The truck wasn't anything fancy but was clean and well maintained. I rented it for 6 hours, brought it back in 3-1/2 hours. He was closed but had given specific, easy to follow instructions on where to park and put the keys. The experience was a very good one. I would rent here again.
