The agent is very professional and helpful to serve my customer need. His willingness to register a truck before the location opened from remote location help me accomplish my schedule. The customer service is OUTSTANDING!
SIDNEY SThe U-Haul unit I used had a few things wrong with it but it got the job done. The drivers door didn’t close right, I had to slam it shut. The windshield had a slight crack in it. The tire pressure system light was and had to be checked. The unit was clean.
Brandon Jwhen i arrived, the lockbox was open and the key wasn't in it. this was pre-office opening hours so i was using the online check-in through the app. the truck was actually open, but no key was inside anywhere. the gas attendant claimed he didn't know anything or where i could find the key, then someone else inside the garage said to call the owner of the station. turns out the keys were in a box, with the gas attendant in his cubicle the entire time, and he knew it, and when asked for the key again, he then gave it over. when i returned the truck and tried to check back in, the person on duty in the office said to just leave the truck and go, and that i'd recieve the paperwork in 10 minutes by email. it is now a day later and i'm yet to recieve anything.
Christine SI left my bag behind in a rental van that I rented. I called and they were able to track it and locate it. I want to thank this location for their GREAT customer service. I would definitely rent from this location again. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to rent a van or truck.
Carmin RI was charged for a truck with a quarter tank. The tank was empty. I called the attendant and he said sorry I will honor it when you come back. But he never did. The attendant did not walk me to the truck, just handed me the keys I sent him pictures of the dashboard and of damage the truck had before I left the lot. He communicated with me via text and phone saying he would not charge me for gas, yet he did. I only did one trip with the car, and hope mileage is reflected properly in my bill. I left the truck with 1/2 tank of gas. The attendant has not responded my inquiries about my bill today.

David ZThe agent at the window was rude when HE made the error and I was incorrectly billed. Fortunately, the manager resolved the issue, but several days later I got another bill. NEVER AGAIN!!!
STRONGMILE WClean trucks and have better communication with client. Example we were not told that we needed to use our own ez pass
Jose MUpon returning the truck with only two extra miles used, counter person tried to add another 200 miles and tried to charge me a lot of extra money for miles I did not use. I had to go back and show the counter person the real mileage to get it corrected. Not sure if this person was trying to scam me but that’s how I felt.

Mikhail GI ordered a dozen furniture blankets. He told me he couldn't give me twelve, only six. After some wrangling, I got eight! He gave me the key and pointed to two trucks and said, "It's one of them!" It was cold out so I guess he couldn't be bothered. I also asked if it was possible to upgrade to a 15 foot truck, as I had realized at the last minute that two of my furniture pieces were taller than I thought and wouldn't fit standing up. There were several 15 footers on the lot but he flatly said no. Not very personable.

Saravanakumar KIt’s was absolutely horrible. It took me 45 mins to get the key out from the lock box after that The truck was assigned to me was blocked in. No one will answer the phone. I haired two helper who I had to pay despite I couldn’t take the truck. So it ends up costing me three dollars more as a Laber fee. Next morning I spoke to somebody on the phone and he told me that somebody will call me, but No one yet. called me. You guys are wasting peoples time going forward. I won’t be using your services.

David ZI booked a truck 2 weeks prior and went with the option to pick up after store hours. Arrived at 7am and the location didn’t leave the code for the box to pick the key up. So I had to leave and come back at 10 to get the truck. Messed my time up with the movers and my day ended up being longer than anticipated. Got charged more because of that

Margret dMobile pick up was easy and efficient but truck was not in spot pictured. Truck was dirty had trash under the seat. Back door was hard to pull down and kept getting stuck. Gave me the truck with very little gas. Last truck I had was good but the truck I had this time around needs some cleaning and maintenance. Traveled 5 miles away and charged $13 for gas that wasn’t even in the gas tank to begin with .

MANUEL AThere was no attendant when I dropped the truck off because the Location was closed. I was falsely charged additional cost for $101.69. No additional email was sent to explaining why I got charged. Upon my calls to U-haul, I was told that I dropped the truck at wrong location, fuel was less & I dropped it 1 day late. All of those statements were false. I have the pictures, video, & emails to prove that i dropped it off at the right location, fuel was no less, and truck was dropped off under 12 hour window during the same day.
