There was no one at the office to help me. I had to get my truck using the U-Haul app and that was a little time consuming. Besides that, everything else was straight forward; the key lock was where the app instructions indicated, the truck was exactly where pictured and there was ample space to park my car and be able to move the truck out of the lot.

When I got in the truck I found a credit card belonging to a customer that used the truck before me. I did contact the young lady at the desk. I gave it to her husband when I returned with the truck the same day around 2:30. I will absolutely use this company again and go to that particular resource because like I said customer service was awesome. Very kind, everything was clean and I thank you for allowing me to use the truck

Edgar GReceived the truck with coffee spill marks. The trucks back was not cleaned out and there wasn't anyone at the desk when I got there so I had to wait, which wasn't an issue, but a sign would have been nice. The lady was very nice and pleasant. I'm not saying It was her fault. but the truck was not cleaned. There were 2 boxes that were left in the truck and there was pieces of packing material on the floor, which i had to sweep out before placing my items in the truck.

JACQUELYN WMy u-haul experience was unbelievable. I reserved a truck at a particular location. The day before I was called and told by an extremely rude rep that we had to drive 44 minutes out of our way each way to pick up the only truck available. This set everyone involved back several hours and plans had to be changed bc U-Haul is undependable. and their people are mean to the already extremelt inconvienced customers Very disappointed all around.

Anthony SI call the lady to ask her about the gas and that I was charged for today after I brought it back before 9 o’clock. She was rude an was raising her voice at me. I explain to her that I’m not talking to her and she said it was after hours and that’s she home with her family and she didn’t have to answer the phon. If that was the case she should’nt had answer the phone. But what I don’t understand is that when I was renting the Uhaul she had no problem answering the phone at 7 pm to get my money and service. When dealing with my money and I’m being charged extra for things then it’s a problem for me. I got so mad that I allowed her to take me out of chacter I called her a bitch because that’s how dhe was acting nasty.
Takiyah RI paid for insurance on tow dolly and when returned it with missing straps someone stole over night they accused me and charge me for the straps on my debit card after I paid for a 2 day rental with insurance so I can dolly my race car sad never sgain
