Second time renting from them, the process was easy and smooth with no problems. Customers should be aware this location has cameras so they know exactly when truck is returned.

Was told to return with at least half a tank of gas to avoid being charged extra, despite receiving the truck on an almost empty tank and was still charged upon returning the truck.

This place is impossible to notice from the road that it's a uhaul location. The parking lot barely got the truck. The last was very nice though.

Total botch job from day one. Had reserved a 5x8 enclosed trailer. Changed date once. Was contacted by U-Haul that I could pick up my trailer on May5th. Called them and informed them that it was the old date. I had reschedule it for the 9th. Thought it was taken care of. On the 9th I went to pick up the trailer at the designated pick up site. It was supposed to be picked up at 10:00 am. Nobody was at the establishment. I called them and they said it would take them 45 minutes to get there.when they did finally get there it was over an hour. They said they had no record of my pickup. (Not true. While I was waiting I had called and confirmed that it WAS scheduled) but I did get the trailer. I have rented other similar trailer from U-Haul before.but this time I had rented a 5x8instead of the usual 4x8 that I usually rent. Don’t know if it was the height/width difference or what but the trailer did not tow in a way I felt safe. Again, I have rented 4x8 trailers before and towed them with no problems with the same car as I have used previously. So I called U-Haul to swap out the trailer for a 4x8. They scheduled another drop off/ pick up point and I was on my way. But when I got to the pickup place they had no idea as to why I was there. They told me they had a record that I was picking up a trailer but nothing about dropping one off. The agent said there was nothing he could do. I had to call and have the information changed. He could not do it but if I just dropped it off I would be charged a wrongful drop off fee. So I called and got it all straightened out. So I thought. But I got my new trailer and was on my way.. I asked how I was going to be billed since this was a smaller trailer and the price should be different I was told by him that the first transaction should be voided and I would get confirmation via text message. He said he had no access to that information. Okay, got trailer and loaded it and left Florida for Michigan. On the road I got the confirmation text. It had the same confirmation number as before ( I was told the old number would be voided out and a new one issued.) and it was for a 5x8 and was scheduled for drop off on the same day I picked it up. Hmmmmmm. But I was on the road and would deal with it later. So I got home and unpacked. Then called U-Haul. Seems that they had on record that I had rented two trailers. The 4x8 AND the 5x8. And had charged me as such but I could call and straighten it out. Again, nothing they could do. (Funny how U-Haul keeps making others fix their f-ups) but now the shining light at the end of the tunnel. I got THE nicest representative to help. This lady was the first person I talked to who actually knew what she was doing. She looked it over and said it was such a mess that she did not want to inconvenience me by keeping me on the phone . She took my number and said she would call back and let me know what the outcome was.. Several hours later she called back. Unfortunately I missed the call ( too bad to because I really wanted to thank her again for all she did) anyway she got it all straightened out and gave me my new total I owed and everything was good. And I would get notified via text with the new information and total. I have not gotten it yet but I am sure I will. Hey, U-Haul…… just want you to know that you have a stellar employee working for you. “Kimba” in your traffic department for the Orlando Florida area really came through for me. She went above and beyond and fixed everything that others had botched. As I said before, she is the only one that proved she knows what she is doing. You should really be appreciative of this excellent person. She is a definite asset to your company. You should recognize and appreciate her. I know that she truly has my gratitude. Wake up U-Haul. You are really skipping. P.S. if anyone wants to talk to me from corporate would like to talk to me I welcome it. Trust me. More happens than what I told. Otherwise this “note” would be another “war and peace “

The pick up process was very easy! Only issue was when dropping off the U-Haul the gate was locked so I had to leave it outside the gate close to a busy Highway US-27.

Your 24/7 online pick up is horrible. the location had no WiFi and cell reception was very slow and took about 45 minutes to go through the steps.

Truck didn't have the additional equipment that we paid for. The truck had a huge dent in it and the ramp was extremely shaky and unsafe to use. The app experience was terrible. It wouldn't pick up the location even though I was directly in front of the door.
