The vehicle was very noisy, it was difficult to have a conversation with your passenger. The transmission seamed sluggish. The dash was hard to see without the lights on.
Donald N.I ordered online your services. They redirected my pick up to this larger facility. They did well, but the Online Service was way off in their fulfillment. I had ordered supplies for my move, ie: mattress & couch bags, a moving box. However when I picked up the truck none of the supplies were communicated to the pick up location that I needed these items. I assumed they lost the request. However One week AFTER my move was completed the supplies arrived in the mail except one item. I have been reimbursed by local stores for this gap, but I needed to leave a report about the problem. Otherwise U-Haul was a very satisfactory experience. THANK YOU for your service

GEORGE B.The full time older lady that works at this particular location is less than happy! It's clear when she answers the phone and even more clear when you ask a question. I understand peoples have bad days, however, I spoke with her on two different occasions on two different days and it was the same “you're bothering me attitude and tone of voiceâ€. However, I will say there was a young lady that works at that location as well who was as nice as she could be. I wish I had gotten their names after this experience, unfortunately I did not. However, it would be easy for me to find out if need be..bit, I'm sure anyone that calls that location would be able to figure out exactly who I'm referring to. 👎 Either way, this location is no more than 6 miles from my house but I will for now on drive the additional 25 miles to the pick up location to deal with Victoria in Jasper.

Robert S.I reserved a car trailer, when went to pick up said didn't have it, sent me to 3 different dealers and not one had one finally ended back up at this location and they gave me one sitting on the lot.
John B.The only think I had issues with was the self check in and out. Only because I have never done it before. It I went to the uhaul go through my email and I would try to take pictures to return my camera would not load up on gmail. However if I went to the website with google and logged in it would finally let me take pictures. I'm not sure why because I accepted to use camera while on my gmail but I had to literally open a link not from my gmail to make sure I got to take the pictures because I was worried it was not going to let me and I thought I was going to have to call customer support. I have an iPhone 7 Plus so I'm not sure what happened but I did get it done not clicking on the app through my email. But thank you so much your rates were great and we got moved all in one trip. We are greatly blessed with your company doing self service with your company to ensure the safety of sickness going around. Have a blessed day.

Jerry M.I struggled with the mobile app pickup. Took 30 minutes to complete. The app keep forcing a reload if the web page. I returned the truck early so I could work with a real person to complete the return of the vehicle.

They were very courteous even when I had to change my reservation. Plus, the day I picked up my 6x12 trailer the Uhaul rep was there so he hooked up my trailer. He made sure all my lights were working on the trailer before I pulled iout of the lot. Trailer pulled very well. Thank you!!
LAURIE G.The equipment was clean but not well maintained. it appear that that truck had been in an accident before and the vehicle kept swirling to the right. If you look at the grill you will see that the Ford sign is upside down. I think the vehicle needs an alignment as it will be very dangerous if it's being continued to be driven that way.
Marisel Z.I reserved a 10' truck over a month ago and was given a 15' truck. They wouldn't even try to correct the problem. Also, the lady at the desk said I had to pay for the additional insurance because it was mandatory. I spoke to another U-Haul facility and called the 800 U-Haul number and was told by both that what she told me was a lie. We have insurance and shouldn't have to purchase additional insurance.
