William EvansWhere the trucks were parked was terrible! Dirt parking lot. Especially after the rain, it was so muddy and a little bit difficult getting the truck parked. I returned truck after hours so when I had to take pictures of where it was parked I was standing in puddles half a foot deep! Otherwise, man I dealt with the day before when I rented truck was VERY helpful.

Jerry ClineDisappointed that my reservation was changed to a further location which resulted in more miles used. And I was notified by a text the morning of pick up. Truck could use a little attention - not really cleaned in the cab, back area was not swept and the black molding around driver door needs to be put back properly. Every time you open the door, it falls off. I did return it cleaner than I got it. Also, with gas in it. Wasn’t sure it would make it to a gas station when I got it. Also, disappointed that the appliance dollie requested was not in the truck but I was still charged for it.

bobbett plummerKeep trucks serviced. Mine vibrated at 50-55 mph so hard I was scared to try to go any faster. A/C didn’t work properly. My dolly wasn’t at the location and I had to drive 11.2 miles to pickup and I should be reimbursed for that mileage. Front floorboard were muddy. Just need to keep the fleet up better.

Malcolm ThorntonFirst location did not have my reserved rental. I even called them around 5 the day before and they said the truck was on the lot. It was not. They had a truck but could not rent it. Had to confirm a truck 10 miles away. Lost valuable time and was quite stressful. This is the third time the first location let me down .
MICHAEL CASHI reserved a seat of appliance dolly got to location to pick up the truck and there was no appliance dollars I had to run all over town trying to find a bear ended up going to Home Depot and pay in $25 for appliance dollars for one day bad business

CHARLES ALLENWhen arriving at this location, no one was there although we went during the posted hours of operation. The instructions for drop off were also unclear, as it was not a clearly marked U-Haul location other than just a couple of U-Haul trucks parked in the back. We had to call and were told someone would take care of it in the morning. We had to un-hitch the trailer on our own and there was no receipt of drop-off available aside from the phone call. However, it was marked returned and went through shortly after. Clearer communication would be a good improvement in the future.

BERT ROSSUhaul didn’t Inform them that we were coming to pick up the truck in advance. They had no idea and were on vacation. Luckily they actually had the truck for us there and we had access to pick it up. Strange and a little frustrating.

ERIC POLITEThe running lights on the trailer did not work! I did not discover this until after dark, about 9:00 p.m. on the first day of the rental. I had to go to Walmart and buy a wiring kit to re-wire the connection between the trailer my truck. U-haul's website, online reservation system, and telephone system is terrible! I reserved moving equipment that was not available. I reserved a trailer at another location that was not available!
