Drop-off was quick and easy. The employees in Jasper A-1 Mini Storage & U-Haul were more helpful than anyone I had to deal with during this whole moving process. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Alan ZOnly issue is with the van itself. Rented it to drive to our new house in the rain so as not get everything wet. So, I drove 3.5 hours in the rain with a leaking cab. I was standing, sitting, and dripping water the whole time. Told the drop off location person; said she would notate that. No accommodations were offered! Not sure uhaul cares but we will see.

Moon LI just did an after hours drop off. But the property looked clean and inviting. I was a little confused about the key drop though. They have a sign that says “ mail and payment drop box” so I wasn’t sure if that included keys.
Timothy GI had a problem with the ball joint receiver rattled around in me vehicle hitch receiver. I thought that it might be the ball but my hitch receiver was a little too big. When I get to my final destination, a knowledgeable person told me an after market solution. When I called the Jasper location, a man seemed more concerned with his current customers. He didn't know what he was talking about!

ROSS BGet this truck off the road and out of commission. It rattled like crazy above speeds of 55 like the front end was going to come apart. The nuts on the hood hinges were missing and due to the amount of rust must have been gone for awhile.
