Took almost two hours to pick up the U-Haul which affected my own schedule and timing for moving my things. The people at the location didn’t know how to dispatch the vehicle properly and therefore caused a delay.

Terrible service, car was a mess when I picked it up, tank was near empty customer service was slow and apathetic the worst U haul experience I’ve ever had.

Discussed this with customer service. I will never again rent from anywhere else than a U-Haul office.
dan MFIND SOMEWHERE... ANYWHERE ELSE! Car was FILTHY. Tim Hortons bottle stuffed with garbage and cigarette butts rolling around the cabin, dusty, dirty... the truck had 13,000 kms and creaked, rattled and bounced more than a 30 year old sh*t-box. Store where you get the keys is sketchy as hell (it's a family 'food' mart, but they sell nothing of the sort, offering rotten veggies on the ground and a plethora of tobacco products and smoking paraphernalia, not to mention itch cream and throw in a bitcoin ATM...) , as are the people from whom you get the key. Process is infuriating, as they take your credit card regardless of how you're picking up the vehicle. IMPOSSIBLE to pick up via website, as with every other decent location. Oh yeah... ZERO gas in the truck. Gas light turned on within 60 seconds of starting the vehicle. Which is nice. AWFUL experience
Daniel GNo any signage that U-Haul rent is there. Employee of the store added services (CDW)that I specifically declined during my online order. In addition, I had troubles returning vehicle after hours and followed standard practice with key drop in a Dropbox. But this location marked as the rent was finished only 11 am next day. Which is total +$53 with that CDW I did not ask for.
Andrey PFaster check-in, as it took about 30min to get my rental. Also when putting back in gas, with first fill up of $25, the has gauge did not budge, after putting another $20 it went right up to full. I felt that I overpaid for gas
