It is at a location that is not manned by anyone. It is off the road.I did not feel safe.

Kayla Hthe internet experience was a joke. it took me over 2 hrs just to rent a truck i already had a reservation for. the instructions online are incomplete, incompetent, and leave out little details, such as YOU HAVE TO USE THE UHAUL APP TO ACTUALLY RENT YOUR TRUCK. at NO TIME, in the reservation, or checking back in to complete it, does ANYTHING say, on the internet, you HAVE TO USE THE APP to finish the rental. pretty much puts me off Uhaul in the future. NOT blaming this location, this is solely Uhauls fault/ Web designers fault. ridiculous amount of wasted time
david pForgot to put my appliance dolly in the truck. Had to call customer service and travel 20 miles out of my way to pickup a dolly. Did not receive mileage discount. Will likely never use U-Haul again.

Derreck TEndeavor to provide detail information to a first time renter. The personnel at pick up location was not explicit in giving details even when I explained that it was my first time of renting u-haul truck. Endeavor to explain what type of fuel applied to the truck. Personnel should conduct truck inspection with customer to test vehicle functionality such as brake light, trafficators etc.
