I used a map quest to estimate check the mileage. That's what the contract was based on. The final bill was $35 more than expected. No way can the mileage be corrected. The truck smelled like livestock had been moved in it. I'm not satisfied with the service. Ross E HUDGINS 615-430-1937

Robert B.Billing. When picking up we were asked how many miles were we expecting. We stating 15 to 20 so they stated they would input 30 expected. We did in fact go 15 miles. Somehow, the paperwork stated we did 30 and then they added the 15 totaling 43 miles and we were double charged. We opened a case and are waiting.

Robert S.The Uhaul leaked the entire way to the NE resulting in THOUSANDS of dollars worth the damage to our mattresses, couch and other boxes. This was all the result of a broken seal on the back right of the truck due to poor maintenance. This was confirmed with a water test. However Uhaul has not reached out to offer any solutions whatsoever and Safemove appears to not cover anything than you crashing their truck. Look elsewhere for moving assistance.
