No place to park the vehicle, poor cell coverage so couldn't complete the online equipment drop off with the U-Haul app, then to be charged for FUEL, when I put the exact amount that was in the van when we picked it up; the mileage was wrong and that had to be dealt with.

I highly recommend renting a Uhaul from ABC mini storage in Grants Pass! Extremely helpful! I've never driven a Uhaul and was nervous to get the 15 foot. She saw a drive a Tahoe and reassured me I would be fine. It was easy to drive, pick up and drop off! She is amazing with customers! If she doesn't have it, she'll find it!

Check under the seats to see if debris and food were cleaned out or just pushed back out of sight. When I rolled down the windows at speed there was a bunch of crap lifted into the air. I was not happy, I was covered with filth. When I went to clean the vehicle before returning, I found French Fries and a Corndog stick behind the seats. The surfaces that were imediately visible were wiped clean and created a false sence. The rest of my three day rental left me unhappy knowing the vehicle wasn't clean.
